Claims (8)

  1. 복수의 일레트로크로믹 표시화소를 설치하고, 이 표시화소와 도통한 입력부를 이면에 배설한 평판형상의 표시기판을 설치하고, 이 일레트로크로믹 표시화소의 발색을 제어하는 구동회로의 출력부를 상기 입력부와 대면하도록 표면에 배설한 평판형상의 구동회로기판을 설치하고, 상기 표시기판과 상기 구동회동기판을 일체화한 것을 특징으로 하는 일레트로크로믹 표시장치.
  2. 복수의 표시화소의 각각에 스위칭 트랜지스터를 통하여 급전회로를 접속하고, 화상신호의 출력회로와 상기 각 스위칭 트랜지스터와의 사이에 2개의 박막트랜지스터와 2개의 박막저항에서 형성된 플립플롭회로를 접속하고, 상기 박막트랜지스터를 형성한 비결정 실리콘층과 n - 실리콘층과 동일의 적층 실리콘막에 의해 상기 박막저항을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로크로믹 표시장치.
  3. 복수의 일렉트로크로믹 표시화소를 매트릭스형상으로 설치하고, 이를 일렉트로크로믹 표시화소의 각각에 스위칭 트랜지스터를 통하여 급전회로를 접속하고, 화상에 대응한 화상신호를 출력하는 신호출력회로와 상기 각 스위칭 트랜지스터와의 사이에 각 각 클립플릅회로를 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로크로믹 표시장치.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 구동회로와 도통한 매트릭스전극을 구동회로기판의 외주에 설치하고, 이 매트릭스 전극과 표시기판과의 사이에 간극을 형성하는 소정 두께의 평판상의 코넥터가 입력부와 출력부를 전기적으로 접속하고, 상기 매트릭스 전극과 다른 구동회로기판의 매트릭스 전극을 전기적으로 접속하는 접속수단을 상기 간극에 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로크로믹 표시장치.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 매트릭스 배치된 다수의 표시화소와 도통한 구동전극이 한 가장 자리부에 배설된 구형의 표시패널을 설치하고, 복수개의 상기 표시패널을 상기 구동전극이 외측으로 위치하도록 연속 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로크로믹 표시장치.
  6. 제 3 항에 있어서, 연속 배치된 표시패널상의 화소피치가 동일하게 되도록 상기 각 표시패널에 표시화소를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로크로믹 표시장치.
  7. 제 3 항에 있어서, 각 일렉트로크로믹 표시화소마다에 설치한 박막 트랜지스터를 통하여 플립플롭회로와 신호 출력을 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로크로믹 표시장치.
  8. 제 3 항에 있어서, 각 일렉트로크로믹 표시화소마다에 2개의 박막 트랜지스터로 형성한 AND 회로를 설치하고, 이 AND회로를 통하여 플립플롭회로와 신호출력회로를 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로크로믹 표시장치
