Claims (20)

  1. (a)적어도 2개의 아크릴레이트 기를 가지며 중량 평균 분자량이 약500 내지 1,500인 적어도 1개의 중합 가능한 에폭시 기재 올리고머 100중량부; (b)적어도 1개의 공중합 가능한 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 약80내지 160중량부; (c) -CO-기 및 -NH2, -NH-, 및/또는 -OH기를 가지는 적어도 1개의 공중합 가능한 모노에틸렌성 불포화화합물을 약10내지 120중량부; 및 (d)열경화성 피복 조성물이 감소된 피복 중량에서 플라스틱 하도층을 완전히 주형내 피복시킬 수 있도록 하기 위한 접착제 약18중량부 및 그 이하를 함유하는, 저 피복 중량에서 양호한 피복성을 갖는 열경화성 피복 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 접착제가 폴리비닐아세테이트, 알킬기가 1내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 지닌 알킬 메타크릴레이트 단량체로 부터 제조된 중합체 또는 공중합체 또는 이들의 배합물인 열경화성 비복 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 단량체(b)의 양이 약80 내지 120중량부, 화합물(c)의 양이 약10내지 60중량부이며, 접착제의 양이 약 12중량부 이하이고, 알킬 메타크릴레이트 단량체의 알킬부가 1내지 4개의 탄소 원자를 지니는 열경화성 피복 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 알킬 메타크릴레이트 단량체가 메릴 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 또는 이들의 배합물인 열경화성 피복 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 중합 가능한 에폭시 기재 올리고머가 액체 비스페놀 A 에폭시 수지의 디아크릴레이트 에스테르 이며, 단량체(b)가 스티렌이고, 화합물(c)가 히드록시프로필 메타크릴레이트이며, 감소된 피복 중량이 적어도 20%인 열경화성 피복 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 접착제가 완전히 제거되고, 적어도 5g의 사출 능력으로 390in2의 편평한 플라스틱 하도층을 완전히(100%) 주형내 피복시킬 수 있는 열경화성 피복 조성물.
  7. 성형된 열 경화성 폴리에스테르 수지 또는 10내지 75중량%의 섬유를 포함하는 열경화성 비닐 에스테르수지 섬유 조성물에 부착되어 있는 (a)적어도 2개의 아크릴레이트기를 가지며 중량 평균 분자량이 약500 내지 1,500인 적어도 1개의 중합 가능한 에폭시 기재 올리고머 100중량부; (b)적어도 1개의 공중합 가능한 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 약80내지 160중량부; (c) -CO-기 및 -NH2, -NH-, 및/또는 -OH기를 가지는 적어도 1개의 공중합 가능한 모노에틸렌성 불포화화합물을 약10내지 120중량부; 및 (d)열경화성 피복 조성물이 감소된 피복 중량에서 플라스틱 하도층을 완전히 주형내 피복시킬 수 있도록 하기 위한 접착제 약18중량부 또는 그 이하를 함유하는, 열경화성 주형내 피복 조성물을 함유하는 적층물 열경화성 피복 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 접착제가 폴리비닐아세테이프, 알킬기가 1내지 6개의 탄소 원자를 지닌 알킬 메타크릴레이트 단량체로 부터 제조된 중합체 또는 공중합체 또는 이들의 배합물인 적층물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 단량체 (b)의 양이 약80내지 120중량부, 화합물(c)의 양이 약10내지 60중량부이며, 접착제의 약12중량부 이하이고, 알킬 메타크릴레이트 알킬부가 1내지 4개의 탄소원자를 지니는 적층물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 알킬 메타크릴레이트 단량체가 메릴 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 또는 이들의 배합물이며, 섬유가 유리 섬유인 적층물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 중합 가능한 에폭시-기재 올리고머가 액체 비스페놀 A 에폭시 수지의 디아크릴레이트 에스테르이며, 단량체(b)가 스티렌이고, 화합물(c)가 히드록시프로필 메타크릴레이트인 적층물.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 감소된 피복 중량이 적어도 20%인 적층물.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 감소된 피복 중량이 적어도 20%인 적층물.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 감소된 피복 중량이 적어도 20%인 적층물.
  15. 제8항에 있어서, 감소된 피복 중량이 적어도 30%인 적층물.
  16. 제11항에 있어서, 감소된 피복 중량이 적어도 30%인 적층물.
  17. 성형된 열 경화성 폴리에스테르 수지 또는 10내지 75중량%의 섬유를 포함하는 열경화성 비닐 에스테르수지 섬유 조성물을 감량된 (a)적어도 2개의 아크릴레이트기를 가지며 중량 평균 분자량이 약500 내지 1,500인 적어도 1개의 중합 가능한 에폭시 기재 올리고머 100중량부; (b)적어도 1개의 공중합 가능한 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 약80내지 160중량부; (c) -CO-기 및 -NH2, -NH-, 및/또는 -OH기를 가지는 적어도 1개의 공중합 가능한 모노에틸렌성 불포화화합물을 약10내지 120중량부; 및 (d)열경화성 피복 조성물이 감소된 피복 중량에서 플라스틱 하도층을 완전히 주형내 피복시킬 수 있도록 하기 위한 접착제 약18중량부 또는 그 이하를 함유하는, 열경화성 주형 내피복 조성물을 피복하고, 상기 주형내 피복 조성물을 경화시키기 위한 온도에서 유효시간량 동안 압력을 가하여 성형된 열경화성 수지 섬유 조성물상에 점착성 열경화성 피복물을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 주형 내 피복 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 단량체 (b)의 양이 약80내지 120중량부, 화합물(c)의 양이 약10내지 60중량부이며, 접착제의 약12중량부 이하이고, 접착제가 폴리 비닐 아세테이트, 알킬기가 1내지 6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 메타크릴레이트 단량체로 부터 제조된 중합체 또는 공중합체, 또는 이들의 배합물인 주형 내 피복방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 중합 가능한 에폭시-기재 올리고머가 액체 비스페놀 A 에폭시 수지의 디아크릴레이트 에스테르이며, 단량체(b)가 스티렌이고, 화합물(c)가 히드록시프로필 메타크릴레이트인 주형내 피복방법.
  20. 제17항에 있어서, 주형내 피복 조성물이 전혀 접착제가 없으며, 적어도 5g의 주형내 피복물양으로 390in2의 편평한 표면 형태인 경우의 성형된 열경화성 수지 섬유 조성물상에 100%피복을 이루는 주형내 피복방법.
