Claims (5)
- 200℃이하의 온도에서 중합개시제의 존재하에, 수용액중에서 다음 a) 및 b)의 단량체혼합물의 중합함으로써 5내지100의 K값(이 K값 온도가 25℃이고 pH가 7이며 중합체중의 나트륨염의 농도가 1중량%인 수용액중에서 H.Fikentscher의 방식에 따라 중합체의 나트륨염에 관해서 측정된 값이다)을 갖는 수용성 중합체의 제조방법에 있어서, 20-100몰%이하의 다음 성분(b)을 함유하는 단량체혼합물을 사용된 단량체에 근거하여 50중량%이하의 중합개시제의 존재하에서 중합함을 특징으로하는 수용성 중합체의 제조방법; (a)모노에틸렌으로 불포화된 C3-C6모노카르복실산 및 (b)하나이상의 에스테르 또는 아미드작용기를 통해서 연결된 두개 이상의 에틸렌으로 불포화된 이중결합을 함유하며 둘 이상의 -CO-OX그룹(여기서, X는수소, 알칼리금속 또는 알카리토금속 또는 암모늄이다)를 갖는 단량체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합된 단량체 혼합물이 다음(c)내지 (f)의 단량체를 부가적으로 함유하며 성분(a) 내지 (f)의 몰%의 합은 항상 100이 되고 성분(c)내지 (f)중의 하나이상의 성분이 0.1몰%의 양으로 단량체혼합물에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법; (c)모노에틸렌으로 불포화된 C4-C6-디카르복실산 0내지 79.9몰%, (d)모노에틸렌으로 불포화된 C3-C6-카르복실산의 히드록시 알킬에스테르(여기서 히드록시 알킬그룹은 C2-C6이다)0내지 20몰%, (e) (a) 내지 (b)그룹 단량체들과 공중합될 수 있는 기타 수용성, 모노에틸렌으로 불포화된 단량체 0내지 30몰% (f)둘이상의 에틸렌으로 불포화되고 비공액화된 이중결합을 갖고 단량체(b)와 다른 단량체 0내지 10몰%.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다음 성분 (a),(b)및(c)단량체의 혼합물을 사용된 단량체에 근거하여 바람직하게는 30중량%이하의 중합개시제의 존재하에서 중합됨을 특징으로 하는 방법; (a)아크릴산 및/또는 메타아크릴산 79.9내지 10몰%, (b)다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 20.1내지 90몰%XOOC-CH=CH=CO-O-(CH2-CH2-O)n-CO-CH=CH-COOX (Ⅰ)상기에서 X는 H, 알카리금속 또는 암모늄그룹이고, n은 1내지 120이다. 그리고 (c)말레산 0내지 69.9몰%.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 다음 성분(a),(b)및(c)의 단량체 혼합물을 사용된 단량체에 근거하여 30중량%이하의 중합개시제의 존재하에서 중합함을 특징으로하는 방법; (a)아크릴산 및/또는 메타아크릴산 79.9내지 10몰% (b)다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 20.1내지 90몰%XOOC-CH=CH=CO-NH-CH2-(CH2)n-CH2-NH-CO-CH=CH-COOX (Ⅱ)상기에서 X는 H, 알카리금속 또는 암모늄그룹이고, n은 0내지 4, 그리고 (c)말레산 0내지 69.9몰%.
- 제1내지 4항의 어느한 항에 따라 얻어질 수 있는 중합체를 0.5내지 25중랑% 양으로 세제 및 크리너에서의 첨가제로 사용함을 특징으로 상기의 중합체의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
