Claims (13)
- 단량체 반복단위로 구성된 중합체를 미생물학적으로 생산하는 방법에 있어서, 각각의 단량체 반복단위가 여러 탄소원자수를 함유하고 이러한 단량체 반복단위에 의해 함유된 탄소원자의 모우들(modal)수가 N이며 N보다 적은 탄소원자를 갖는 동화가능한 탄소화합물로 구성된 기질에서 Pseudomonas sp. NCIMB 40135, Pseudomonas putida NCIB 8865, Pseudomonas putida NCIB 9571, Pseudomonas aeruginosa NCIB 5504, Pseudomonas aeruginosa NCIB 8626, 및 Pseudomonas fluorescens NCIB 9520으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소한 하나의 특성을 지닌 것인 박테리아를 배양시키는 것으로 구성되는, 단량체 반복단위로 구성된 중합체의 미생물학적 생산방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 동화가능한 탄소 화합물이 글루코스, 글로코스로 대사될수 있는 당 화합물, 아세트산, 숙신산, 젖산, 글리세롤로 부터 선택되는 방법.

- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 동화 가능한 탄소 화할물내의 탄소원자수가 N-2보다 크지않은 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 미생물학적으로 생산된 중합체가 다음 구조식의 단량체 반복단위로 구성되는 방법.-O.CH((CH2)xCH3). CH2. CO-〔식중 .X는 0보다 큰 정수 또는 0임.〕
- 각각의 단량체 반복단위가 여러 탄소원자수를 함유하고 이러한 단량체 반복단위에 의해 함유된 탄소원자의 모우들 수가 최소한 10인, 단량체 반복단위로 구성되고 미생물학적으로 생산된 중합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기와 같은 탄소원자의 모우들 수를 갖는 단량체 반복단위가 존재하는 단량체 반복단위의 최소한 70mol% 를 구성하는, 미생학적으로 생산된 중합체.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 5mo1%미만의 단량체 반복단위가 상기와 같은 탄소원자의 모우들 수보다 큰 모우들수를 갖는, 미생물학적으로 생산된 중합체.
- 제6항 내지 제8항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 10mol%를 넘지않는 단량체반복단위가 상기 탄소원자의 모우들 수와 2이상의 탄소원자로 차이가 나는, 미생물학적으로 생산된 중합체.
- 각각의 단량체 반복단위에 여러 탄소원자수를 함유하며 (a) 이러한 단량체 반복단위에 의해 함유된 탄소원자의 모우들 수가 8이고, (b) 상기와 같은 탄소원자의 모우들 수를 함유하는 단량체 반복단위가 상기 단량체 반복단위의 최소한 40mol%를 구성하며 (c) 상기 단량체 반복단위중 10mol%를 넘지않는 단량체 반복단위가 상기 탄소원자의 모우들 수 미만을 함유하는, 단량체 반복단위로 구성되고 미생물학적으로 생산된 중합체.
- 제6항 내지 제1항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단량체 반복단위가 다음 구조식을 가지며-O.CH((CH2)xCH3).CH2. CO-[식중, x는 0보다 큰 정수 또는 0임.]x가 N-4일때 탄소원자의 모우들 수. n을 갖는 단량체 반복단위가 상기 구조식으로 표시되는, 미생물학적으로 생산된 중합체.
- 중합체를 합성 및 축적할 수 있고 Pseudomonas sp.NCIMB 40135 균주의 특성을 지닌 박테리아의 생물학적 순수 배양물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 글루코스로 구성된 동화가능한 탄소원자에서 배양될때, 각각의 단량체 반복단위가 여러 탄소원자수를 함유하고 이러한 단량체 반복단위에 의해 함유된 탄소원자의 모우들수가 10인, 단량체 반확단위로 구성된 중합체를 합성 및 축적할 수 있는 박테리아의 생물학적 순수 배양물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
