Claims (4)

  1. 수직하게 서로 대향하여 배치된 한쌍의 프레스(1)(2)와, 전기한 한쌍의 프레스를 서로 결합시기는 지지체(5)와, 전기한 지지체의 수직중간부 내에 고정된 기반(12)(13)과, 전기한 각 프레스(1)(2)의 램(3)(4)과 함께 수직하게 상하운동 가능하도록 각각의 제1단열재(8)(9)를 개재하여 전기한 프레스의 전기한 램과 기반 사이에 삽입된 제1열판(10)(11)과, 각각 제2단열재(14)(15)를 개재하여, 전기한 기반(12)(13)의 양쪽에 설치된 제2열판(16)(17)과, 하부금형(26) 및 전기한 하부금형 위에 장착되는 배판(30)위에 설치되는 중간금형(27)과 마찰재(31)가 삽입되는 전기한 중간금형내로 삽입하는 상부금형(26)으로 이루어지며, 서로 대향하는 전기한 한쌍의 제1 및 제2열판(10)(16)과 서로 대향하는 전기한 다른 한쌍의 제1 및 제2열판(11)(17)사이에 각각 삽입되는 금형(25)과, 전기한 랩(3)(4)이 전기한 기반(12)(13)으로부터 멀어질 때 전기한 중간금형(27)과 비접촉상태로 되도록 전기한 중간금형과의 사이에 소정거리를 유지하며, 전기한 랩이 전기한 기반에 근접할 때 전기한 상부위치의 제1열판(11)과 전기한 하부위치의 제2열판(16)이 각각 전기 한 상부금형(28)과 접촉하기 전에 전기한 중간금형(27)을 전기한 배판(30)쪽으로 탄성적으로 부세하는 스프링(19)(21)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크패드의 열성형용 고온프레스.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 램(3)(4)과 전기한 제1단열재(6)(7)사이에는 볼스터(6)(7)가 각각 삽입되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 패드의 열성형용 고온프레스.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 램(3)(4)이 전기한 기반(12)(13)으로부터 멀어질 때, 전기한 하부 및 상부금형(25)(28)과 전기한 하부 및 상부금형에 대응하는 전기한 제1 및 제2열판(10)(11)(16)(17)과의 사이에 소정거리를 형성하도록 전기한 하부금형(26)을 지지하기 위한 지지부재(18)(20)가 더 구성되어 있어, 전기한 램이 전기한 기반에 근접할 때, 전기한 지지부재(18)(20)에 의해 지지된 상태의 전기한 하부금형(26)을 이탈시켜서 전기한 소정거리를 매우도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크패드의 열성형용 고온프레스.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 금형(25)은 미리 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크패드의 열성형용 고온프레스.
