Claims (4)
- 수직하게 서로 대향하여 배치된 한쌍의 프레스(1)(2)와, 상기한 한쌍의 프레스를 서로 결합시키는 지지체(5)와, 상기한 지지체의 수칙중간부 내에 고정된 기반(12)(13)과, 상기한 각 프레스(1)(2)의 램(3)(4)과 함께 수직하게 상하운동가능하도록 각각의 제1단열재(8)(9)를 통하여 상기한 프레스의 상기한 램과 기반 사이에 삽입된 제1열판(10)(11)과, 각각 제2단열재(14)(15)를 통하여, 상기한 기반(12)(13)의 양쪽에 설치된 제2열판(16)(17)과, 하부금형(26) 및 상기한 하부금형 위에 장착되는 배판(30) 위에 설치되는 중간금형(27)과 마찰재(31)가 삽입되는 상기한 증간금형내로 삽입되는 상부금형(28)으로 이루어지며, 서로 대향하는 상기한 한쌍의 제1 및제2열판(11)(17)사이에 각각 삽입되는 금형(25)과, 상기한 램(3)(4)이 상기한 기반(12)(13)으로부터 멀어질 때 상기한 중간금형(27)과 비접촉상태로 되도록 상기한 중간금형과의 사이에 소정거리를 유지하며, 상기한 램이 상기한 기반에 근접할 때 상기한 상부위치의 제1열판(11)과 상기한 하부위치의 제2열판(16)이 각각 상기한 상부금형(28)과 접촉하기 전에 상기한 중간금형(27)이 상기한 배판(30)쪽으로 탄성적으로 힘을 가하도록 하는 스프링(19)(21)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크패드의열성형용 고온프레스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 램(3)(4)과 상기한 제1단열재(8)(9)의 사이에 볼스터(6)(7)(bolster)에 각각 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크패드의 열성형용 고온프레스.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 상기한 램(3)(4)이 상기한 기반(12)(13)으로 부터 멀어질 때 상기한 하부 및 상부금형(26)(28)과 상기한 하부 및 상부금형에 대응하는 상기한 제1 및 제2열판(10)(11)(16)(17)과의 사이에 소정거리를 형성하도록 상기한 하부금형을 지지하기 위한 지지부재(18)(20)가 더 구성되어 있어, 상기한 램이 상기한 기반에 근접할 때, 상기한 지지부재(18)(20)에 의해 지지된 상태의 상기한 하부금형(26)을 이탈시켜서 상기한 소정거리를 메우도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 디스크패드의 열성형용 고은프레스.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 금형(25)이 미리 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크패드의 열성형용 고온프레스.
