Claims (7)

  1. 전자 조작 밸브의 가동자로서 전자 조작 밸브는 자기 코일에 의해 포위된 최소한 1개의 코어를 구비하고 있고 이 코어에 면해서 중공의 가동자가 위치하여 이 가동자는 밸브 시트 방향으로 연장되고 있는 밸브 몸체와 결합되어 있는 형식의 것에 있어서, 가동자(12)의 주위면에 최소한 밸브 몸체(36,14)를 포위하는 범위(70)에 있어서, 파형의 윤곽을 구비하고 있고, 밸브 몸체(36,14)에 접촉하는 파형의 골(60)과 반경 방향에서 이 골(60)에서 돌출한 파형의 산(61)이 교대로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가동자(12)의 주위면이 가동자 전장에 걸쳐서 파형의 윤곽을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동자.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 파형의 산(61)이 거의 원형의 외면(62)을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동자.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 가동자(12)가 소결에 의해 제작되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동자.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가동자(12)가 링 형상의 관의 변형에 의해 제작되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동자.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가동자(12)가 윤곽 성형된 관에서 제작되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동자.
  7. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 가동자(12)의 파형의 골(60)이 그 내면(63)에서 밸브 몸체(36,14)에 접촉하고 있어서 파형의 산(61)의 밸브 몸체(36,14)에 면하는 내면(64)이 반경 방향에서 밸브 몸체(36,14)에 대해서 간격을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가동자.
