Claims (5)

  1. 면섬유와 화학섬유의 혼방사 제조방법에 있어서, 혼합을 위해 함께 이끌어진 상기 면섬유와 화학섬유 부분이 함게 소면되고 드래프트되어 마침내 실로 방출하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼방사 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (a) 혼합장치에서 면섬유와 화학섬유를 혼합하는 단계, (b) 혼합물을 소면시키는 단계, (c) 소면된 슬라이버를 더블링하고 드래프팅시키는 단계, (d) 랩을 형성하는 단계, (e) 상기 랩을 정소면시키는 단계, (f) 정소면된 슬라이버를 드래프팅 또는 더블링시키는 단계와, (g) 드래프트된 섬유 슬라이버의 최종정방공정 단계들로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼방사 제조방법.
  3. (a) 솜상태의 면섬유 및 화학섬유 덩어리를 위한 플록믹서, (b) 카드, (c) 예비드레프팅장치, (d) 랩 머신, (e) 정소면기, (f) 엑스트라 드로잉기(연소기) 및 (g) 정방기의 결합으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제2항에 따른 제조방법을 위한 혼방사 제조장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, (a) 면섬유의 소면 공정, (b) 화학섬유의 소면공정, (c) 소면된 면섬유와 소면된 화학섬유를 함께 더블링기 및 드래프팅 패스로 이끄는 공정, (d) 랩 형성 공정, (e) 랩의 정소면 공정, (f) 정소면된 슬라이버를 드래프팅 또는 더블링시키는 공정 및 (g) 드래프트된 섬유 슬라이버의 최종정방공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼방사 제조방법.
  5. (a) 면섬유용 카드, (a1) 화학섬유용 카드, (b) 상기 (a) 및 (a1)으로 부터의 섬유슬라이버를 함께 혼합장치로 이끄는 장치, (c) 랩형성기, (d) 정소면기, (e) 엑스트라 드래프팅장치 및 (f) 정방기의 결합으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제4항에 따른 제조방법을 위한 혼방사 제조장치.
