Claims (6)
- 기판위에 적어도 엔핸스막 (I)과 광자기 기록막 (II)를 갖는 광자기 기록 매체에 있어서, 엔핸스막(I)은 굴절율 n이 1.9이상인 SiNx(단 0〈X〈1.33)으로 표시되는 질화 규소막으로 되고 광자기 기록막(II)는 [PdaPt1-a]y[RExTM1-x]1-y(식 중 RE는 적어도 50원자% 이상의 Tb 및/또는 Dy이고 잔부가 Nd, Gd, Ce, Eu, Pr, Ho, Tm, Sm이고, TM는 Fe 및/또는 Co이고 0a1.0, 2〈X〈0.7, 0.005y0.3이다)로 표시되는 막면에 수직인 자화용 이축을 갖는 비정질 합금박막으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔핸스막 (I)은 굴절율이 2.1∼3.0인 실리콘 질화막 SiNx(단 2.1〈X〈3.0)으로 되어 있는 광자기 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 엔핸스막 (I)의 막두께가 800Å미만인 광자기 기록매체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 광자기 기록매체 (Ⅱ)위에 반사막이 설비된 광자기 기록매체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 반사막은 반사율이 50%이상이고 열전도율이 2J/㎝.sec K이하인 광자기 기록매체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 반사막은 하기의 합금(a) 철을 주성분으로 하고 동, 크롬, 몰리브덴, 실리콘 및 니켈중에서 선택한 적어도 1종을 함유하는 철합금. (b) 등을 주성분으로 하고 알루미늄, 실리콘, 석, 아연 및 니켈중에서 선택한 적어도 1종을 함유하는 동 합금. (c) 연을 주성분으로 하고 동, 버스머스, 텔루륨 및 석 중에서 선택한 적어도 1종을 함유하는 연합금 (d) 스테인리스계 합금으로 된 광자기 기록매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
