Claims (9)
- 투명기판, 제1보호피막, 자기광학 기록피막 및 제2보호피막으로 구성하되, 상기 피막들은 상기 순으로 상기 기판상에 적층되며, 상기 자기광학 기록피막은 무정형 합금의 박막으로서 상기 기록피막의 한면에 수직한 자화의 평축을 갖고 있으며, 상기 합금은 다음 일반식 : (Pt 및/또는 Pd)y{REXTM1-X}1-y식중, RE는 Nd, Sm, Pr, Ce, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy 및 Ho로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 회토류 원소이며, TM와 Fe와 Co로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 천이금속이며, x와 y는 0.2<x<0.7과 0.04<y<0.30을 각각 만족시키는 양의 정수이다. 으로 나타내는 것이 특징인 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에서, x는 0.25<x<0.5를 만족하는 것이 특징인 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에서, 적어도 60원자%의 RE는 Tb로 구성되며, RE의 평형은 Dy, Sm, Pr, Ce, Eu, Gd 및/또는 Ho로 구성되는 것이 특징인 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에서, y는 0.04<y<0.20을 만족시키는 것이 특징인 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제4항에서, y는 0.4<y<0.10을 만족시키는 것이 특징인 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에서, 상기 제1보호파막은 질화물, 산화물 황화물로 구성되는 것이 특징인 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에서, 상기 제1보호피막은 Si3N4, AlSiN, TiO2, Ta2O5, ZnS, ZnSe 또는 Si로 구성되는 것이 특징인 자기광학 기록매체
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2보호피막은 질화물, 황화물, 금속 또는 금소합금으로 구성되는 것이 특징인 자기광학 기록매체.
- 제1항에서, 상기 제1보호피막은 Si3N4, AlSiN, TiO2, Ta2O5, ZnS, ZnSe, Cr, Pt, Ni-Cr합금 또는 Ti로 구성되는 것이 특징인 자기광학 기록매체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
