Claims (10)
- 에폭시 그룹과 하이드록실 그룹과의 반응에 적합한 촉매 존재하에 폴리에폭사이드를 폴리올과 반응시켜 에폭시 수지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 에폭시 수지 반응 생성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 반응 생성물이 각각 0.25중량% 이상의 에폭시 그룹과 말단 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 시점에서 반응을 종결시킴을 특징으로 하여, 에폭시 수지를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용매를 목적하는 전환율에서 반응 혼합물에 가하여 반응을 종결시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시와 하이드록실 그룹의 더 이상의 반응을 효과적으로 억제하는 물질을 반응을 효과적으로 억제하기에 층분한 양으로 가하여 반응을 종결시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 10 내지 95%의 부족 성분(Deficient Component)이 반응하거나, 폴리에폭사이드와 폴리올 성분들을 등당량으로 사용하는 경우, 10 내지 95%의 상기 두 성분이 반응하는 시점에서 반응을 종결시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 억제제가 강산, 강산의 무수물 또는 에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 사용하는 촉매 1당량당 억제제를 l당량 이상의 양으로 가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 생성물이 0.5 내지 20중량% 미만의 에폭시 그룹과 0.25 내지 1 중량% 미만의 말단 하이드록실 그룹을 함유하는 시점에서 반응을 종결시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 폴리에폭사이드와 폴리올의 반응 생성물이 에폭시 수지 반응 생성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 각각 0.25중량% 이상의 에폭시 그룹과 말단 하이드록실 그룹을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 폴리에폭사이드 및 폴리올의 반응 생성물을 포함하며 수평균 분자량이 10,000미만인 에폭시 수지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 수지가 0.5 내지 20중량% 미만의 에폭시 그룹과 0.25 내지 10중량% 미만의 말단하이드록실 그룹을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 말단 하이드록실 그룹이 페놀성 하이드록실 그룹임을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지.
