Description
Claims (14)
- 소정간격을 두고 겹치게한 복수개의 핀과, 상기 핀에 직교하는 복수개의 전열파이프를 구비하고, 상기 핀면에서 공기류 방향에 인접하는 전열파이프를 연결하는 선이 공기류방향과 교차하도록 전열파이프를 배열시키고, 상기 공기류에 대해서 상류쪽에 위치하는 어느 전열파이프의 상기 공기류 방향의 투영면을 하류쪽에 위치하는 어느 전열파이프에 부분적으로 겹치게함과 동시에, 상기 인접하는 전열파이프 상호간의 간격을 상기 공기류방향보다도 상기 공기류에 직교하는 방향에서 작게한 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 어느 전열파이프의 투영면을 인접하는 전열파이프에 부분적으로 겹치게한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인접하는 전열파이프를 연결하는 선이 지그재그 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인접하는 전열파이프를 연결하는 선이 직선형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핀을 공기류방향으로 주름살형상으로 한것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 핀의 골(谷)부분을 전열파이프 상호의 간격부에 위치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공기류방향으로 늘어놓은 전열파이프열을 핀 길이방향으로 복수열착설하고, 상기 다른 열의 임의의 전열파이프 상호간에 돌기가지를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제7항에 있어서, 돌기가지는 상기 핀길이 방향에 경사져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핀길이 방향에 있어서의 전열파이프 상호간에 핀길이 방향의 베어서 세운 돌기부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핀면에 돌기를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 복수매의 핀에 기류방향에 대해 비직선형상으로 늘어 놓은 3개 이상의 전열파이프열을 핀 길이 방향으로 복수열 설치하고, 상기 핀의 상기 전열파이프 열사이에 상기 공기류 방향으로 개구한 복수개의 베어서 세운돌기부를 형성함과 동시에, 상기 각 전열파이프열에 있어서 전열파이프는, 상기 공기류의 상류쪽에 있는 어느 상기 전열파이프의 하류쪽에의 투영면이 하류쪽에 위치하는 어느 전열파이프에 부분적으로 겹쳐진것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 베어서세운돌기부의 핀과 접합하는 다리부를 상기 공기류 방향에 대해서 경사시킨것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 전열파이프 열방향의 전열파이프 상호간에 있어서 각 전열파이프 열에 대해서 공통의 볼록형상을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
- 제13항에 있어서, 볼록형상은 산형상이며, 그 정상부에 복수개의 오목부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기.
