Claims (3)

  1. 축선상으로 뻗는 홈들을 갖는 대략 원형의 축선상 개구부를 제각기 포함하는 다수의 캠요소들과 저어널요소들을 제공하는 단계 ; 상기 개구부들이 공통 축선상에 정렬되게 소정의 위상과 축선상으로 이격된 방향으로 상기 요소들을 위치시키는 단계 ; 상기 개구부들과 압입 끼워맞춤되게 중공 튜브를 상기 요소들 안으로 삽입하는 단계 ; 상기 개구부들의 형상과 일치하는 형상을 갖고 튜브의 내경보다 평균직경이 더큰 성형 플러그를 제공하는 단계 ; 튜브벽을 외향 변형시키도록 상기 성형 플러그를 소정의 위치까지 상기 튜브를 관통해 밀어넣는 단계 ; 중공 튜브를 팽창시켜 요소 개구부들 모두와 기계적인 간섭결합하게 함으로써,그 요소들을 상기 소정의 방향으로 튜브위에 영구 고정하는 단계 ; 및 상기 소정의 위치에서 상기 성형 플러그를 튜브 내경과 빽빽한 기계적 간섭결합상태로 남겨두어서 상기 중공 튜브를 틀어막는 단계 ; 를 특징으로 하는 캠축 조립체 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀어넣는 것이 성형 플러그가 소정의 위치에 도달한 뒤에 쉽게 빠질 수 있는 조립기 부재로 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 축선상으로 뻗는 홈들을 갖는 대략 원형의 축선상 개구부를 각자 포함하는 다수의 캠요소들과 저어널요소들 ; 그 개구부들을 관통해 상기 요소들과 간섭결합상태로 축선상으로 뻗는 중공 튜브 ; 상기 개구부들의 홈들과 간섭결합상태에 있고 튜브 외벽에 형성된 축선상 돌출부들 ; 및 상기 튜브 내정과 간섭결합상태이고 상기 요소의 개구부를 형상과 일치하는 형상을 갖는 플리그 ; 를 특징으로 하는 캠축 조립체.
