Claims (7)
- 판금 구조체(1)에 일체식 성형되고 상기 판금 구조체의 표면으로부터 원통형으로 돌출하는 베어링부(21, 31)와, 상기 베어링부에 일체식 성형되고 상기 베어링부의 일부에 환상으로 제공되고, 상기 베어링부 내에 삽입된 회전 샤프트와 상기 베어링부의 내주면 사이에서 오일을 저장하기 위한 오목홈(22a)을 갖는 오일저장소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 오일저장소는 상기 베어링부의 외주면으로부터 방사방향으로 돌출하고, 상기 오일저장소의 오목홈은 상기 베어링부의 내경보다 더 큰 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 오일저장소는 상기 베어링부의 말단부와 상기 판금 구조체 사이의 중앙부에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링.
- 판금 구조체(1)의 표면 내에 환상의 엠보스 홈(13, 14)을 성형하는 단계와, 로드형 부재(9)를 엠보스 홈 내부에 압입 끼워맞추고 상기 엠보스 홈의 외측면이 돌출할 때까지 상기 판금 구조체를 압출하여, 베어링부(21, 31)와 오일저장소(22, 32)를 동시에 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 엠보스 홈의 중앙부에 상기 로드형 부재의 테이퍼형 말단부가 삽입되는 예비 구멍(11, 12)을 성형하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 엠보스 홈은 성형된 상기 베어링부의 내경보다 더 작은 직경을 갖고 상기 로드형 부재의 직경보다 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 오일저장소의 용적을 정해진 값으로 설정하기 위해 상기 엠보스 홈의 폭과 깊이 중 적어도 하나를 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
