Claims (7)
- 상용전원(24)의 페회로에 포함되어 히터(6)로 통전 가열되는 가열로울(5)과 ; 저압전원입력(27,28)을 받는 브리지회로(R7,R8,R9,R10,14)의 아암에 접속되는 상기 가열로울(5)의 온도를 검지하는 더미스터(14)와 ; 상기 더미스터(14)의 출력(VN')과, 상기 가열로울(15)의 온도를 소정온도로 설정하기 위해, 상기 브리지 회로의 출력단에서 얻어지는 기준전압(VI')을 입력으로 하고, 양 출력의 비교결과에 따라서 상기 가열 로울(5)의 통전제어를 하는 비교기(Q3)를 가지는 화상형성장치의 정착기에 대한 온도제어장치에 있어서, 상기 비교기(Q3)의 출력을 받아, 이 출력에 맞추어 상기 기준전압(VI')을 변화(VI")시키는 기준전압 변경수단(21,25,30)과, 상기 비교기(Q3)의 출력과, 상기 기준전압 변경수단(21,25,30)의 출력을 받아 양 출력에 따라서 이상검지 출력(ⓑ)을 발생하는 AND게이트(20)로 이루어진 화상형성장치의 정착기에 대한 온도제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기준전압 변경수단은 상기 브리지회로(R7,R8,R9,R10,14)의 출력단에서 얻어지는 기준전압(VI')을 소정의 주기에서 변화시키는 수단(25,30)을 포함하는 온도제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기준전압을 소정의 주기에서 변화시키는 수단은 상기 비교기(Q3)에서의 출력을 받아, 소정주기에서 발생하는 출력에 의하여 상기 기준전압(VI')을 변화시키는 발진기(25)를 포함하는 온도제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기준전압(VI')을 소정의 주기에서 변화시키는 수단은 상기 비교기(Q3)에서의 출력을 받아, 소정주기에서 발생하는 출력에 의하여 상기 기준전압(VI')을 변화시키는 마이크로 프로세서유닛(30)을 포함하는 온도제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로 프로세서유닛(30)이 상기 기준전압(VI')을 변경시키기 위하여 발생하는 출력은 급지동작에 동기하여 발생하는 온도제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기준전압 변경수단은, 상기 비교기(Q3)가 상기 더미스터(14)에서 소정의 온도에 도달했음을 나타내는 출력을 받아서 통전 제어를 하기 위한 출력을 발행한 후에 기준전압의 변경을 하는 온도제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기준전압 변경수단은 변경후의 기준전압이 변경전의 기준전압보다 높아지도록 변경하는 온도제어 장치.
