Claims (2)
- 입경 1㎛ 이하의 SiC 입자 2-20몰% 단경 0.5-5㎛, 아스펙트 비율 3 이상의 SiC위스커 2-20몰%가 분산하여, 매트릭스가 입자지름 5㎛ 이하인 α-Al2O3입자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiC-Al2O3복합소결체.
- 입경 0.5㎛ 이하의 SiC 입자 2-20몰%, 단경 0.5-5㎛, 아스펙트 비율이 3 이상의 SiC위스커 2-20몰%를 포함하고, 나머지가 입자지름 2㎛ 이하인 Al2O3분말인 조합 분말을 성형하여, 1400-1800℃로 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 SiC-Al2O3복합소결체의 제조방법.
