Claims (18)

  1. 각각의 아세탈기가 1-5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 경화성 폴리비닐 아세탈 폴리머와, 유기 용매내의 용해되어 용액을 형성하는 비 이온성 부식 방지제의 혼합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 조성물.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기한 유기 용매가, 상기 유기 용매의 전체량에 대해 25체적% 이상의 양의 저분자량의 모노히드록시 알코올을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 조성물.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이, 조성물 1리터당 40 내지 170g의 폴리 비닐 아세탈을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 조성물.
  4. 상기 항중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리 비닐 아세탈이 30% 이하의 폴리비닐 알코올 또는 폴리비닐 아세테이트 유니트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막.
  5. 상기 항 중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리비닐 아세탈 폴리머의 분자량이 25,000 내지 200,000의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 조성물.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리 비닐 아세탈 폴리머의 분자량의 35,000 내지 50,000의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회료용 보호막 조성물.
  7. 상기 항 중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기한 부식 방지제가 아졸기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 조성물.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기한 부식 방지제가 벤조트리아졸 또는 토릴 트리아졸인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 조성물.
  9. 상기 항 중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기한 부식 방지제의 양이, 폴리 비닐 아세탈에 대해 1:5 내지 1:20의 중량비의 범위내로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 조성물.
  10. 각각의 아세탈기가 1-5개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 있는 경화성 폴리비닐 아세탈 폴리머와, 유기 요매내에 용해되어 용액을 형성하는 비 이온성 부식 방지제의 혼합물로 이루어진 조성물을 전기, 전자 회로에 가하는 단계와, 용매를 증발시켜 상기 폴리머를 경화시켜 전기, 전자 회로상에 코팅막을 형성시키는 단계와 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 코팅 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기한 유기 용매가 상기 유기 용매의 전체량에 대해 25체적% 이상의 양의 저분자량의 모노히드록시 알코올을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 코팅 방법.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 상기 용액이, 조성물 1리터당 40g 내지 170g의 폴리 비닐 아세탈을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 코팅방법.
  13. 제10항 내지 제12항중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리 비닐 아세탈이 30% 이하의 폴리비닐 알코올 또는 폴리 비닐 아세테이트 유니트를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 코팅 방법.
  14. 제10항 내지 제13항중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리비닐 아세탈 폴리머의 분자량이 25,000 내지 200,000의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 코팅 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리 비닐 아세탈 폴리머의 분자량이 35,000 내지 50,000의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 코팅방법.
  16. 제10항 내지 제15항중의 어느 1항에 잇어서, 상기한 부식 방지제가 아졸기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 코팅 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기한 부식방지제가 벤조트리아졸 또는 토릴 트리아졸인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 코팅 방법.
  18. 제10항 내지 제17항중의 어느 1항에 있어서, 상기한 부식 방지제의 양이, 폴리비닐 아세탈에 대해 1:5 내지 1:20의 중량비의 범위내로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기, 전자 회로용 보호막 코팅 방법.
