Claims (4)

  1. 자기헤드에 사용하기에 적합한 단결정 MnZn-페로페라이트 재료에 있어서, 이 재료는 MnaZnbFecFe 2O4로써, 0.25〈a〈0.48, 0.50〈b〈0.60, 0.20〈c〈0.15, a+b+c=1인 것을 특징으로 하는 단결정 MnZn-페로페라이트 재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재료는 MnaZnbFecFe 2O4로써, 0.30〈a〈0.40, 0.50〈b〈0.55, 0.10〈c〈0.15, a+b+c=1인 것을 특징으로 하는 단결정 MnZn-페로페라이트 재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재료는 MnaZnbFecFe 2O4로써, 0.32〈a〈0.40, 0.57〈b〈0.60, 0.03〈c〈0.08, a+b+c=1인 것을 특징으로 하는 단결정 MnZn-페로페라이트 재료.
  4. 적어도 하나의 코어부 및 코일을 구비하는 자기헤드에 있어서, 코어부는 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 항을 따른 단결정 MnZn-페로페라이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 헤드.
