제4도는 이 자기디스크 카트리지의 사용상태를 도시한 자기헤드 삽입구 부근의 확대단면도.

Claims (14)

  1. 카트리지 케이스와 상기 카트리지 케이스내에 회전 할 수 있게 수납된 자기디스크와 상기 카트리지 케이스의 내면에 지지된 클리닝시트를 마련한 자기디스크 카트리지에 있어서, 상기 자기디스크가 강자성 금속분말 또는 바륨페라이트 분말과 함유율이 5~40 중량 %의 범위로 규제된 보강분말을 함유한 자성층을 갖고, 상기 클리닝시트의 적어도 자성층과 직접 슬라이딩 접합하는 디스크층 표면층의 모두가 비열가소성 섬유로 구성 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크 카트리지.
  2. 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 금속분만이 철인것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크 카트리지.
  3. 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보강분말이 산화알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크 카트리지.
  4. 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 비열가소성 섬유가 레이온인 것을특징으로 하는 자기디스크 카트리지.
  5. 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 클리닝시트가 3층으로 되고, 그 표면층과 이면층이 레이온섬유 단독으로, 중간층이 레이온섬유와 열가소성 섬유의 혼합으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크 카트리지.
  6. 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자기디스크의 표면거칠음(Ra)가 0.01㎛ 이하 인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 디스크 카트리지.
  7. 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자성층이 버인더로서 우레탄수지를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크 카트리지.
  8. 원반형상의 비자성 지지체상에 자성분말과 결합제수지를 함유하는 자성층을 마련한 자기디스크를 상기 자기디스크의 자성층 표면과 접촉하는 부직포로 되는 라이너를 내면에 마련한 카타트리지 케이스내에 회전이 자유롭게 수납해서 형서오디는 자기디스크 카트리지에 있어서, 자기디스크의 자성층에 융점이 0℃이하의 지방산에스테르를 함유시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 자기디스크 카트리지.
  9. 특허청구의 범위 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 자성층에 함유되는 지방산에스테르가 2-헵틸운데실 올레이트인 자기디스크 카트리지.
  10. 특허청구의 범위 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 자성층에 함유되는 자성분말이 바륨페라이트분말인 자기디스크 카트리지.
  11. 특허청구의 범위 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 카트리지 케이스의 내면에 마련한 부직포가 레이온섬유로 되는 부직포인 자기디스크 카트리지.
  12. 특허청구의 범위 제 8 항에 있어서, 최대선 기록밀도가 35Kfci이상인 자기디스크 카트리지.
  13. 특허청구의 범위 제 8 항에 있어서, 트랙밀도가 150TPI이상인 자기디스크 카트리지.
  14. 카트리지 케이스와 상기 카트리지 케이스내에 회전할 수 있게 수납된 자기디스크와 상기 카트리지 케이스 내면에 지지된 클리닝시트인 라이너를 마련한 자기디스크 카트리지에 있어서, 상기 자기디스크가 강자성 금속분말과 함유율이 5~40 중량% 의 범위로 규정된 보강분말과 융점이 0℃이하의 지방산에스테르를 함유한 자성층을 갖고, 동시에 상기 클리닝시트의 적어도 자성층과 직접 슬라이딩 접합하는 디스크측 표면층의 모두가 비열가소성 섬유로 구성되어 있는 특징으로 하는 자기디스크 카트리지.
