Claims (2)
- 금형을 이동시켜서 형체를 행하는 형체 기구와, 이 형체 기구를 구동하는 서보 모우터와, 금형의 위치를 검출하는 위치 검출기와, 상기 서보 모우터를 제어하는 NC제어 장치를 갖고, 이 NC제어 장치는 상기 서보 모우터의 토오크 출력을 설정치 이하로 억제하는 토오크 제한 기능을 구비함과 동시에, 상기 위치 검출기로부터의 검출 출력에 의하여 금형의 금형 보호 개시 위치 및 형 터치 위치의 각 설정치에의 도달을 판별하는 금형 위치 판별 수단과 상기 설정 금형 보호 개시 위치에의 도달시로 부터의 미리 설정한 소정 시간의 경과를 판별하는 경과시간 판별 수단과, 상기 설정 형 터치 위치에의 도달 전 상기 소정 시간이 경과한때 경보 동작하는 경보 수단으로 구성된, 서보 모우터를 사용하는 금형 보호 기능을 갖춘 사출 성형기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소정 시간은, 금형 사이에 이물이 개재하지 않을 때, 금형이 상기 설정 금형 보호 개시 위치로부터 상기 설정 형 터치 위치까지 이동할 수 있는 시간에 설정되는, 서보 모우터를 사용하여 금형 보호 기능을 갖춘 사출 성형기.
