Claims (8)
- 시료중의 LDH2,LDH3,LDH4, 및 LDH5를 단백질 변성제 존재하에 프로테아제로 억제한 다음 억제되지 않고 남아있는 LDH1를 정량함을 특징으로 하는 시료중의 LDH1의 분별 정량법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시료가 혈청 또는 혈장의 임상시료인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프로테아제가 α-키모트립신, 트립신, 트롬빈, 엘라스타아제, 엔도프로테아제, 서브틸리신, 브로멜라인, 파파인, 카르복시펩티다아제, 프로나아제, 펩신 및 카텝신으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 프로테아제로서 α-키모트립신이 10∼1.000단위/ml의 농도 범위로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단백질 변성제가 콜산, 데옥시콜산, 타우로콜산, 타우로데옥시콜산, 구아니딘(히드로클로라이드), 트리클로로아세트산, 우레아, 티오우레아 및 티오시아네이트로 구성된 군으로부터 최소한 하나가 선택되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 단백질 변성제로서 0.05∼5M 구아니딘이 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아이소자임과 색소 또는 염료 전구물질을 촉매적으로 현색한 후 가시광선 범위에서 흡광도를 측정하거나, 아이소자임의 촉매 효과에 의해 환원된 보효소 NADH의 자외부 흡광도를 측정함을 특징으로 하는 효소 분석법에 따라서 억제되지 않고 남아 있는 LDH1아이소자임이 정량되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, pH조정없이 중성 조건하에서 분석이 수행되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
