Claims (5)
- 분자당 CH-활성화된 에스테르, 특히 말로산 디에스테르로 부터 수득되는에스테르전이 가능한 그룹 0.5이상, 바람직하게는 1.0이상 및 차단된 이소시아네이트그룹 0.5이상, 바람직하게는 1.0이상을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 에스테르전이 및/또는 아미드전이 및/또는 우레탄전이에 의해 가교-결합될 수 있는, 하이드록실 그룹 및/또는 2급 및/또는 1급 아미노 그룹을 함유하는 도료결합제용, 특히 음극 침착성 도료용 가교-결합성분.
- 하이드록실 그룹이 0.25몰이상, 바람직하게는 0.5몰 이상인 폴리올 및/또는 하이드록실 그룹이 2개 이상인 알칸올아민을 하기 일반식의 에스에르로 에스테르화 알코올 1몰이 에스테르 각 몰에 대해 분리 제거될때까지 부분적으로 에스테르전이시키고, 두번째 반응단계에서 폴리올의 다른 하이드록실 그룹 1개이상을 디-또는 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물과 반응시키고, 최대한으로 2개, 바람직하게는 1개를 제외한 디-또는 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물의 NCO 그룹이 차단제로 차단됨을 특징으로 하여, 에스테르 전이 및/또는 아미드전이 및/또는 우레탄저니에 의해 가교-결합될 수 있는, 하이드록실 그룹 및/또는 2급 및/또는 1급 아미노 그룹을 함유한 도료결합제, 특히 음극침작성 도료용 가교-결합 성분을 제조하는 방법.R,O-CO-R2-CO-OR1상기식에서, R1은 동일하거나 상이한 C1-8알킬 그룹을 나타내고 ; R2는 -CH2-, -CH=CH-, 0CH(OH)-CH2, -C(OC)=CH-, CH(OH)-CH(OH)- 또는그룹중 하나를 나타내며 ; m은 0 내지 2이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 트리메틸알칸을 폴리 하이드록실 화합물로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2 또는 3항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 그룹을 차단하기 위해 차단제를 160℃ 이하의 탈차단 온도에서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 트리올 각몰에 대해 에스테르 전이 가능한 성분 0.5 내지 1몰 및 이소시아네이트 성분 2.5 내지 2몰을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
