Claims (7)
- 70내지 95℃의 온도 및 pH 8내지 11로 유지하면서 탄산칼슘입자의 슬러리를아연 화합물용액 및 실리카-함유물질의 용액과 함께 동시 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘입자에 대한 내산성 피막형성방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실리카-함유화합물이 나트륨 물유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 피막형성방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 아연화합물이 염화아연 또는 산화아연인 것을 특징으로 하는 피막형성방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 온도가 85℃ 내지 95℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 피막형성방법.
- 제1항 내지 5항에 있어서, pH 값이 pH 9 내지 10인 것을 특징으로 하는 피막형성방법.
- 탄산칼슘 입자를 함유한 슬러리가 제1항에 따라 70내지 95℃의 온도 및 pH 8 내지 11에서, 아연화합물 용액 및 실리카-함유물질의 용액과 함께 동시혼합하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 내산성 피막으로 피복된 탄산칼슘입자.
- 탄산칼슘 입자를 함유한 슬러리가 제1항에 따라 70내지 95℃의 온도 및 pH 8 내지 11에서, 아연화합물 용액 및 실리카-함유물질의 용액과 함께 동시혼합하여 제조된 내산성 피막을 갖춘 탄산칼슘입자를 pH 4.0 내지 7.0에서의 종이생산 작업에 충전물로 사용하는 법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
