Claims (5)
- (a) 에틸렌 단독 중합체, 및 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체, 에틸렌-1-부텐 공중합체, 에틸렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 에틸렌-비닐클로라이드 공중합체, 에틸렌-메틸 메타크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체 및 에틸렌-아크릴산 공중합체로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 에틸렌 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 올레핀 중합체 수지를 열가소화시키고 ; (b) 상기 열가소화된 수지를 (1) 폴리올과 장쇄 지방산의 부분 에스테르, 고급알킬 아민, 지방산아미드, 올레핀성 불포화 카복실산 공중합체 및 폴리스티렌으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 안정도 조절제 및 (2) (ⅰ) 이소부탄, (ⅱ) 몰 기준으로 5% 내지 95% 이소부탄과, 비점이 -50℃ 내지 50℃이며 상기 안정도 조절제에 의해 변형된 상기 올레핀 중합체 수지를 통과하는 투과속도가 공기의 투과속도의 약 1.2배 미만이고 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 함유하는, 염화불화탄소 및 불화탄소로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된, 95% 내지 5%의 물리적 발포제와의 혼합물, 및 (ⅲ) 70% 이상의 이소부탄과, 비점이 -50℃ 내지 50℃이며, 상기 안정도 조절제에 의해 변형된 상기 올레핀 중합체 수지를 통과하는 투과속도가 공기의 투과속도의 약 1.2배보다 크고 1 내지 5개의 탄소원자를 함유하는, 탄화수소, 염화탄소 및 염화불화탄소로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 물리적 발포제와의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 발포제와 혼합시키고 ;(c) 상기 발포제를 활성화시켜 상기 혼합물을 거의 독립된 기포의 올레핀 중합체 발포체로 팽창시킴을 특징으로 하여, 치수 안정성을 갖는 거의 독립된 기포의 올레핀 중합체 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 공중합체가 비닐 아세테이트와의 공중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀 중합체 수지가 저밀도 폴리에틸렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안정도 조절제가 지방산 아미드인 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 따른 생성물.
