Claims (4)
- 압력스윙 흡착법에 의해 비흡착 성분 또는 흡착이 어려운 성분을 제품으로서 분리하는 흡착분리 방법에 있어서, 원료가스의 유입단 및 제품가스의 유출단을 갖고, 내부에 흡착제를 충전한 흡착탑을 마련함과 동시에 a) 원료가스를 최고압 하에서 제 1 의 흡착탑에 유입단으로 유통시키고, 흡착이 용이한 성분을 흡착제에 유지시킴과 동시에 비흡착성분을 제품가스로서 제품가스의 유출단으로 취출하고, 흡착전선이 제 1 의 흡착탑의 중간에 존재할때에 원료가스의 유통을 종료시키는 공정, b) 상기 최고압 하의 제 1 의 흡착탑 안의 가스의 일부를 제 1 의 흡착탑의 제품가스의 유출탑으로 부터 원료가스의 흐름에 병류하는 방향으로 방출하고, 이 방출한 가스를 흡착이 용이한 성분이 없게되도록 청정화 되고, 또 최저압 하 또는 미리 저압하의 압력 평형에 의해 저압하에 있는 제2의 흡착탑의 제품가스의 유출단으로 유입시켜서 제 1 의 흡착탑과 제 2 의 흡착탑을 중간압력으로 되도록 압력을 평형하게 한 평형갑압공정, c) 제 1 의 흡착탑의 제품가스의 유출단으로 부터 원료가스의 흐름에 병류하는 방향으로, 실질적으로 비흡착 성분으로 되는 제 1 의 흡착탑 내의 가스를 또 방출하고, 이 방출된 가스의 압력을 더욱 최저 압력까지 조여서 감압하고, 이 병류감압가스를, 흡착이 용이한 성분을 유지하고 있는 제 3 의 흡착탑의 제품가스의 유출단으로 유입시키고, 이 방출을 제 1 의 흡착탑이 중간 압력 보다도 낮은 중저압으로 되고, 또 상기 제 3 의 흡착탑 내의 흡착이 용이한 성분이 소거되거나, 또는 적어도 부분적으로 소거될때까지 계속하는 병류감압공정, d) 제 1 의 흡착탑에 중저압 하에서 존재하는 가스, 또는 이미 소거되어 최저압 하에 있는 제 3 의 흡착잡과의 압력 평형에 의해서 형성된 저압하에서 존재하는 가스를 원료가스의 유입단으로부터 원료가스의 흐름에 향류하는 방향으로 배출하는 것에 의해 제 1 의 흡착탑의 흡착제에 유지되어 있는 흡착이 용이한 성분을 향류적으로 착탈하고, 이 배출을 제 1 의 흡착탑이 최저압력으로 될때까지 계속하는 향류감압공정, e) 제 4 의 흡착탑으로 부터의 병류감압가스를 최저압력까지 조이고, 이 가스를 제 1 의 흡착탑의 제품가스의 유출단에 도입하여 제 1 의 흡착탑 내를 원료가스의 흐름방향에 향류하는방향으로 흐르게 하는 것에 의해 제 1 의 흡착탐의 흡착제에 유지되어 있는 흡착이 용이한 성분의 적어도 일부를 또 착탈시켜 상기 제 4 의 흡착탑으로 부터의 병류감압가스에 동반시켜서 원료가스의 유입단으로 배출하여 소거하는 소거공정, f) 소거되어 최저압 하로된 제 1 의 흡착탑의 제품가스의 유출단에 즉 또는 일단 병류감압을 종료하여 중저압 하에 있는 제 4 의 흡착탑과 압력평형에 의해 저압까지 승압한후, 흡착공정을 종료한 제 2 의 흡착탑내의 초고압 하에서 존재하는 가스를 도입하여 제 1 의 흡착탑과 제 2 의 흡착탑이 중간압력으로 평형화 될때까지 제 1 의 흡착탑을 승압하는 평형가압공정, g) 상기 평형가압 공정의 도중, 또는 그 완료후, 제 3 의 흡착탑 또는 다른 흡착탑에서 유출하는 최고압 하의 제품가스의 일부를 제 1 의 흡착탑의 제품가스의 유출단으로 도입하여, 상기 중간압력이상에서 최고압 보다 낮은 중고압까지 제 1 의 흡착탑을 승압하는 제품가압공정, h) 제 3 의 흡착탑 또는 다른 흡착탑이 흡착공정을 행하고 있는 사이에 중고압까지 상승된 제 1 의 흡착탑의 압력을 최고압까지 상승시키는 원료가압공정, 을 순차적으로 행하여 재가압된 제 1 의 흡착탑에 원료가스를 도입단으로부터 유통시키고, 상기 흡착공정으로 되돌아가고, 비흡착성분을 제품가스로서 제춤가스의 유출단에서 취출하고, 그후 상기 각공정을 연속적으로 반복하고, 상기 각공정 수순을 제 2 의 흡착탑, 제 3 의 흡착탁 및 제 4 의 흡착탑에 대해서, 또 흡착탑 수가 많을 경우에는 그밖의 흡착탑에 대해서도 순차적으로 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착분리방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 평형감압공정(b)에 있어서 압력평형의 시간이 1분이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착분리방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제품가압공정(g)에 있어서 제품가스에 의한 가압의 종료시의 중고압의 압력 P1ata와 상기 원료가압공정(h)에 있어서 원료가스에 의한 가압의 종료시의 최고압의 압력 P2ata의 관계가 0.1〈P2-P1〈2.0의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착분리방법.
- 특허청구의 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흡착탑의 제품가스의 유출단과 제품가스의 송출관의 사이에 역류방지밸브를 마련하고, 제품가스가 흡착탑으로 역류하는 것을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착분리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
