Description
Claims (28)
- 입자의 폭 대 길의 비가 적어도 0.8 : 1.0이고 평균입자크기가 10nm-250nm되는 거의 직사각형의 단면을 가지는 이산화티탄으로된 미립자물질.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 이산화티탄의 80중량% 이상이 아나타제 형으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자물질.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 이산화티탄의 95중량% 이상이 아나타제 형으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자물질.
- 제 1항, 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, 입자의 두께가 폭의 크기와 거의 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자물질.
- 이상의 청구 범위중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폭 대 길이의 비는 적어도 0.9 : 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자물질.
- 이상의 청구범위중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평균입자 크기가 200nm-230nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 미립자물질.
- TiOCl2를 함유하는 용액을 불소이온과, 이산화티탄 또는 그 수화물로 이루어진 핵 존재하에서 자열압력하에 가열시킴으로써, 상기 TiOCl2를 가수분해시켜 아나타제형 및 거의 입방체형의 이산화티탄을 침전시키는 것으로 이루어지는 미립자물질의 제법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 핵의 양은 TiO2로서 TiOCl2에 대해 0.03-3.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제 7항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, F로서 표현되는 상기 불소이온의 양은 TiO2로서 표현되는 TiOCl2의 중량에 대해 1.0-15중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, F로서 표현되는 상기 불소이온의 양은 TiO2로서 표현되는 TiOCl2의 중량에 대해 8-12중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제 7항-제1O항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용액은 10분-30분동안 생기는 압력하에서 200℃까지 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제 7항-제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용액은 불소이온의 원으로서 수용성 불화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 수용성 불화물은 알칼리금속 또는 암모니아의 불화물, 또는 불화수소산인 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 수용성 불화물은 불화수소 암모늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제 7항∼제14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, TiOCl2를 함유하는 용액은 60℃ 이상의 온도에서 티탄의 추출이 원하는 수준에 이를때까지 티탄철광을 염산과 함께 온침시킴으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제 15항이 있어서, 염산은 30% w/w 이상 농도의 HCI인 것은 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 염산의 농도는 35% w/w 이상의 HCl 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제15항, 제16, 또는 제17항에 있어서, 티탄철광은 제 2철 형태의 철을 소량 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제15항-제18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산의 앙은 산 대 광석의 중량비가 1.35 : 1 이상되는 수준인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 산 대 광석의 중량비가 약 1.5 : 1인 것들 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항-제20항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 온침은 1시간이상 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제 7항-제14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, TiOCl2를 함유하는 용액은 할로겐화 티탄을 염산으로 산성화시킨 물중에 가수분해시킴으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항-제22항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 핵은 TiOCl2용액의 일부의 현탁액을 가수분해 함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제 7항-제22항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 핵은 사염화티탄의 용액의 가수분해에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제 7항-제24항증 어느 한 항에 있어서, 침전된 이산화티탄은 500℃ 이상의 온도에서 하소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 침전된 이산화티탄은 800℃-950℃ 범위의 온도에서 하소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제법.
- 실시예 1 또는 실시예 2에 설명한 바와 같은 미립자물질의 제법.
- 제 7항-제27항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 제법에 의해 제조되는 미립자 물질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
