Claims (4)
- 5'-리보뉴클레오타이드 칼숨 결정을 제조하는 방법에 있어 발효액의 pH를 산성으로 조절한 5'-이노신산용액 및 5'-구아닐산용액 또는 양자 혼합용액에 칼슘화합물을 직접 참가하여 반응시키고 이 때 pH를 등전점까지 조절하여 양질의 5'-리보뉴클레오타이드 칼숨 결정을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 제 1 항에 있어서, 발효액의 pH를 0.5-2.0으로 하는 방법.
- 상기 제 1 항의 산성 pH조절시 염산, 황산, 질산을 사용하는 방법.
- 상기 제 1 항에 있어 칼슘화합물은 염화칼슘, 수산화칼슘, 탄산칼슘을 사용하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
