제 3 도는 본 발명의 정면도. 제 4 도는 스터링 튜브(stuffing tube)의 끝단에 대한 확대도. 제 5 도는 스터핑튜브의 끝단에서 포장의 배열을 도시한 단면도. 제 6 도는 제 5 도의 선 6-6을 따라본 단면도.

Claims (12)

  1. 소성생산물을 포장하기위한 장치에있어서, 지지대 ; 대향단부측면테두리를 갖춘 긴 포장재스트립 ; 긴 결합선을 따라 마찰에의해 서로 맞물리고 겹쳐지는 상기 스트립의 측면테두리를 따라 상기 스트립을 긴 간현 포장재로 형성시키기위한 지지대 상의 제 1 장치 ; 상기 소성생산물을 상기 포장재내로 도입시키기 위한 상기 지지대상의 제 2 장치 ; 수분의 존재로부터 충분히 적셔지고, 상기 소성 생산물을 담는 독립적인 관현 포장재내에 상기 포장내 스트립을 유지함과 고정겹침관계에 의해 상기 측면 테두리를 유지하도록 충분히 겹쳐지는 상기 포장재스트립의 겹침테두리등을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 지지대상의 제 1 장치는 긴 관형포장재를 형성하기위하여 하나의 나선회전에 인접한 나선회전들의 측면테두리내에 스트립의 측면테두리를 마찰에 의해 맞물리고 겹치도록하기위해 각 헬리컬 회전내에 스트립의 측면테두리가 있도록 스트립을 다수의 나선회전들로 형성하는 장치를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 제1 혹은 2항에 있어서, 상기 포장재 스트립은 15 내지 45중량%의 수분함량을 가짐을 특징으로 하느 장치.
  4. 제1 혹은 2항에 있어서, 포장재 스트립은 20 내지 40중량%의 수분함량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 소성 생산물을 포장하기위한 방법에있어서 : 상기 접착자유리본의 긴스트립을 취하는 단계 ; 상기 측면테두리가 겹칠때 서로 접착되도록 적어도 리본의 측면 테두리에 충분한 수분을 공급하는 단계 ; 긴 관형 포장재를 형성하는 긴 접합선을 따라 서로 마찰에의해 맞물리고 겹쳐지도록 리본의 측면 테두리를 갖춘 긴 관형 포장재내로 대향한 측면테두리를 갖는 긴 리본을 형성하는 단계 ; 상기 소성생산물을 포장재내로 도입하는 단계 ; 소성 생산물을 포함하는 독립적인 관형포장재내에 리본을 유지함과 고정겹침관계에의해 측면테두리를 유지하기위하여 상기 리본의 측면테두리를 충분히 겹치는 단계등을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제 3 항에 있어서, 나선회전들에 인접한 측면테두리와 마찰겹침결합에있는 각 나선회전상에 리본에 테두리가 있는 다수의 나선회전들내로 대향한 측면테두리를 갖는 긴 리본을 형성하는 또다른 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5 혹은 6항에 있어서, 상기 리본에 공급되는 수분은 15 내지 45중량% 사이로 제한됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제5 혹은 6항에 있어서, 상기 리본에 공급되는 수분은 20 내지 40중량%로 사이로 제한됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 포장된 생산물은 : 그 길이를 실제 실린더형으로 형성되어 생산물 캐비티를 형성하는 긴 가요성 포장재 ; 상기 캐비티를 채우고 포장재를 실린더형태내에 유지하는 생산물질 ; 긴 결합선은 생성시키는 겹침조건으로 대향한 측면 테두리를 갖는 가요성 물질의 긴 스트립으로 형성되는 실린더형 포장재 ; 수분의 존재로부터 충분히 적셔지고, 상기 소성 생산물을 담는 독립적인 관형포장재내에 상기 포장재스트립을 유지하기위한 충분한 마찰 접착을 생성하도록 충부니 겹쳐지는 포장스트립의 겹쳐진 측면테두리를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 생산품.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 포장재는 각 회전이 인접한 회전들과 마찰에의해 맞물리고 겹쳐진 다수의 회전들로 형성된 가요성 물질의 긴층으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 생산품.
  11. 제9 혹은 10항에 있어서, 상기 포장재는 15 및 45중량% 사이의 수분함량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 생산품.
  12. 제9 혹은 10항에 있어서, 상기 포장재는 20 및 40중량% 사이의 수분함량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 생산품.
