Claims (10)
- 비교적 낮은 크로스토크로 데이타 송신용으로 적합하고, 제 1 쌍의 도선과 상기 제 1 쌍에 인접한 하나 이상의 다르 도선쌍을 포함하는 케이블링 장치에 있어서, 각각의 쌍은 인접쌍 사이의 꼬임 빈도수 간격의 증가가 불일정하고 각각의 쌍의 꼬임 길이가 상기 각각의 쌍의 절연도선의 외경과 약 40과의 곱을 초과하지 않도록, 꼬임 빈도수 간격에 따라 함께 꼬이는 두 플라스틱 금속 도선을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 쌍과 상기 하나 이상의 다른쌍의 절연 금속 도선은 한 홈통에서 함께 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블링 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 케이블은 다수의 도선쌍을 포함하며, 각각의 상기 도선쌍은 각각의 도선쌍의 꼬임 길이가 상기 각각의 도선쌍의 절연도선중 하나의 외경과 약 40과의 곱을 초과하지 않도록 인접쌍 꼬임가운데 꼬임 빈도수 간격에 따라 함께 꼬이는 두 개별 플라스틱 절연 금속 도선을 포함하고, 상기 꼬임 빈도수 간격은 인접쌍 꼬임간의 빈도수 간격의 증가가 불일정하도록 임의로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블링 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 각각의 상기 개별 절연된 도선은 셀형 절연의 내부층과 고형 절연의 외층을 포함하는 이중 절연층으로 절연되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블링 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 각각의 절연도선은 절연 커버에 둘러싸인 금속 부분을 포함하고, 각각의 상기 도선의 절연 커버는 비교적 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블링 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 도선쌍은 쌍 맞물림을 최소화 하기위해 코어에 헐겁게 패킹되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블링 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 도선쌍은 각각의 쌍이 절연된 외경의 2배와 동일한 직경을 갖는 원에 배치되도록, 그리고 각각의 쌍의 도선의 횡단 영역을 한정하는 원이 인접쌍의 경계한정 원에 의해 실제로 방해받지 않도록 함께 조합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블링 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 각각의 도선은 절연되고, 자켓의 재질은 불소 중합체 재질인 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블링 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 자켓은 외부 자켓이고, 상기 케이블은 플라스틱 재질로 만들어진 내부 자켓과 실드도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블링 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 내부 자켓의 두께는 도선중 하나의 절연 외경과 약 0.167 내지 1의 곱과 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 케이블링 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
