Claims (8)
- 대향단부 및 그 대향단부에서 도체 및 다른 전기부품을 접속키 위한 접속수단을 구비한 복수의 전기 접촉소자를 포함하는 커넥터 하우징에 삽입하기에 적합한 전기 접촉자로서, 그 접속수단은 평면에 배치된 U자형 절연 대체 접촉부분 및 상기 단부를 매개하는 상기 접촉소자를 결합하는 완전히 모울드된 중합체 스트립을 한 단부에 포함하고, 상기 접촉자를 제2스트립 또는 커넥터 부품으로 배치하기 위한 정합 수단을 갖는 전기 접촉자에 있어서, 상기 스트립은 상기 스트립과 이웃한 상기 접촉부분(40)을 따라 배치된 이격진 도체 위치 설정소자(41,42)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위치 설정소자(41,42)는 상기 접촉소자(15)의 한 단부에서 상기 접촉부분(40)을 갖는 스트립을 따라 다른 관계로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 접촉소자(15)는 열에 배치되고, 상기 스트립(35)는 각열에서 상기 접촉소자를 결합하며, 하나의 열에서의 상기 스트립은 제2열에서의 스트립과 관련하여 정위치에서 유지되는데, 이는 상기 하나의 열에서의 접촉소자를 제2열에서의 접촉소자와 오프셋 관계로 정렬신키는 정합 수단(36,37)에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도체 지지수단(42)는 상기 와이어 수용 접촉자의 단부로서 평면상에 배치되는 지지면을 갖고 상기 U자형 접촉부분(40)과 정렬된 와이어 수용 채널(41)에 의해 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 접촉소자는 상기 중합체 스트립(35)와 관련하여 상기 접촉소자(15)를 지지하는 오프셋 수단(20)을 그중 한부분에서 갖고 있는데 그 오프셋 수단은 상기 중합체 스트립으로 전체가 모울드되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 접촉소자는 열을 형성하는 평면에 배치되고, 상기 스트립(35)는 제2열에서 접촉부분(40)을 갖는 제2전기 접촉소자(44)의 스트립과 결합하며, 하나의 열에서의 스트립은 상기 제2접촉소자(44)의 스트립과 관련하여 정위치에서 유지되는데, 이는 상기 하나의 열에서 상기 접촉부분을 제2열을 형성하는 상기 제2접촉소자의 도체 위치 설정 소자와 횡으로 정렬시킴으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉자.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 접촉소자는 상기 중합체 스트립과 관련하여 상기 접촉소자를 지지하는 수단을 그 중간 부분에서 갖는데, 상기 오프셋 수단 전체는 중합체 스트립으로 모울드되며, 상기 스트립의 상기 도체 위치 설정 소자는 서로 이웃하여 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 접촉자.
- 대향 단부와 상기 대향 단부에서 접촉수단을 갖는 복수의 전기 접촉소자를 포함하는 제6항에 따르는 전기 커넥터에 있어서, 상기 커넥터는 상기 전기 접촉소자(33,34)를 지지하는 하우징(50)을 갖는데, 그 하우징은 측벽(57)을 갖고, 상기 측벽은 한평면에서 복수의 도체 지지면(61)을 갖도록 형성되고, 제2평면에서 도체 지지채널(60)에 의해 분리되며, 상기 접촉소자의 한단부에서 상기 도체를 접속키 위한 상기 접촉부분(40)과 정렬되고 ; 도체 지지채널(61a)에 의해 분리되는 복수의 도체 지지면(60a)를 갖는데, 상기 캡상의 상기 도체 지지면(60a)는 상기 하우징의 상기 도체 지지채널(60)과 양호하게 맞도록 형성되고, 상기 하우징의 상기 도체 지지면(61)은 상기 캡의 도체 지지채널(61a)에 양호하게 맞도록 되며, 또한 상기 지지면은 평형 멀티케이블의 다른 도체를 지지하도록 간격이지며, 상기 와이어 지지면은 서로 결합하는 연부(43)을 갖고 트로프형으로 되어, 상기 캡(66)이 그 사이의 케이블(65)과 더불어 상기 하우징(50)상에 배치되는 경우, 상기 케이블내의 이웃도체 사이에 절연을 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
