Claims (17)
- 열가소성 중합체 물질이 하나 또는 그 이상의 폴리올레핀류와 하나 또는 그 이상의 폴리에테르 에스테르 아미드류의 균질혼합물을 기제로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 중합체 물질의 시이트 또는 필름으로 구성되는 스키이창.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 에스테르 아미드 또는 폴리에테를 에스테를 아미드들이 랜덤 폴리에테르 에스테르 아미드류인 스키이창.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 에스테르 아미드 또는 폴리에테르 에스테르 아미드들이, 디카르복실사슬말단을 갖는 폴리아미드 서열과 폴리에테르디올 서열과의 경우와 같이, 반응성 말단을 갖는 폴리아미드 서열과 반응성 말단을 갖는 폴리에테르디올 서열의 축합 공중합 반응의 생성물로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스키이창.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 에스테르 아미드류의 폴리아미드 서열이 바람직하게는 폴리아미드 6, 11, 6.6, 6.12 또는 12(PA-6, PA-11, PA-6.6, PA-6.12, PA-12) 또는 이들 단량체의 축합 공중합반응으로 얻어진 아미드 공중합체로부터 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 스키이창.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 이들 폴리아미드 서열의 수평균 분자량이 500내지 1,000 범위내이고 더욱 특정하게는 600내지 5,000 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 스키이창.
- 제1내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 서열이 폴리테트라메틸렌 글리콜(PTMG) 폴리프로필렌 글리콜(PPG) 또는 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(PEG)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 스키이창.
- 제1내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에테르류의 수평균 분자량이 200내지 6,000 범위내이고 더욱 특정하게는 600내지 3,000 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 스키이창.
- 제1내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 언급한 폴리에테르 에스테르 아미드가 5내지 85%, 더욱 특정하게는 30내지 80%의 폴리에테르와 95내지 15%, 바람직하게는 70내지 20%의 폴리아미드로부터 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 스키이창.
- 제1내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올래핀 또는 폴리올레핀들이 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 이들의 혼합물 또는 이들의 공중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 스키이창.
- 1내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 고밀도 폴리에틸렌이고 수평균 분자량이 100,000내지 500,000 범위내이고 바람직하게는 150,000내지 400,000 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 스키이창.
- 제1내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 50내지 99중량%의 폴리올레핀 또는 폴리올레핀들과 50내지 1중량%의 폴리에테르 에스테르 아미드 또는 폴리에테르 에스테르 아미드들로부터 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 스키이창.
- 제1내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 60내지 90중량%의 폴리올레핀과 40내지 10중량%의 폴리에테르 에스테르 아미드로부터 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 스키이창.
- 제1내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유 또는 분발 형태의 유기 또는 무기 충진제 및/또는 안정화제, 이형제 및 유화제와 같은 첨가제들을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 스키이창.
- 제1내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합물을 압출시키고 필름이나 시이트로 전환시키기 전에 왁스류의 전량 또는 일부를 혼합물 속에 혼입시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스키이창.
- 창 성분들의 균질 혼합물을 미리 제조하고 상기 혼합물을 그 다음에 시이트 또는 필름의 형태로 압출하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1내지 제14항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 스키이창의 제조방법.
- 하단부분 또는 창이 제1내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와같은 스키이.
- 제1내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 정의된 스키이창의 특성들과 동일한 특성들을 갖는 필름 또는 시이트로 구성되는, 미끄러지는 물건이 액체 또는 고체표면 위에 미끄러질 수 있게 하는 면.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
