Claims (6)
- Cr6+,Cr3+및 실리카졸을 주성분으로 함유하고, Cr6+와 Cr3+의 중량비(Cr6+/Cr3+)가, 63/37-80/20의 범위내에 있으며, 실리카와 크롬전체량의 중량비(SiO2/Cr)가 1/2-8/1의 범위내에 있는 크롬산염처리액을, 전기아연도금강판의 적어도 한편의 아연도금층의 위에 도포하여, 전기아연도금강판의 아연도금층위에 1면당 20-120mg/㎡의 범위내에 크롬층을 형성하고, 이어서, 이와같이 크롬산염처리액을 도포한 전기아연도금강판을, 그 전후에 있어서 수세함이 없이 160-250℃의 범위내의 온도로 가열하여 이것을 건조시키는 공정으로 부터 되는 것을 특징으로하는 내흑변성, 내식성, 내지문성 및 알칼리탈지후의 크롬고정율에 뛰어난, 크롬산염처리전기아연금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크롬산염처리액은, PO₄3-및 Zn2+을 더욱 부가적으로 함유하고 있고, PO₄3-와 크롬전체량의 중량비(PO4 3-/Cr)는 1/30-2/1의 범위내에 있고, Zn2+와 Cr6+의 중량비(Zn2+/Cr(+)는 1/40-2/3의 범위내에 있음을 특징으로하는 내흑변성, 내식성, 내지문성 및 알칼리탈지후의 크롬고정율에 뛰어난, 크롬산염처리전기아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 크롬산염처리액속에 있어서의 Cr6+와 Cr3+의 중량비(Cr6+/Cr3+)는, 65/35-75/25의 범위내에 있음을 특징으로하는 내흑변성, 내식성, 내지문성 및 알칼리탈지후의 크롬고정율에 뛰어난, 크롬산염처리전기아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 크롬산염처리액속에 있어서의 실리카와 크롬전체량의 중량비(SiO2/Cr)는 1/1-7/1의 범위내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 내흑변성, 내식성, 내지문성 및 알칼리탈지후의 크롬고정율에 뛰어난, 크롬산염처리전기아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전기아연도금강판의 아연도금층위에 형성되는 크롬층의 량은 1면당, 30-90mg/㎡의 범위내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 내흑변성, 내식성, 내지문성 및 알칼리탈지후의 크롬고정율에 뛰어난, 크롬산염처리전기아연도금강판의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 크롬산염처리액을 도포한 전기아연도금강판의 가열온도는, 180-230℃의 범위내에 있음을 특징으로 하는 내흑변성, 내식성, 내지문성 및 알칼리탈지후의 크롬고정율에 뛰어난, 크롬산염처리 전기아연도금강판의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
