Claims (16)
- 텅스텐으로서 약 0.01 내지 20.0g/1의 가용성 텅스텐화합물로 이루어진 수성의 산 아연-인산처리용액과 금속표면을 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 아연 인산처리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수성의 산용액이 (a) 아연이온 약 0.1 내지 2.0g/1, (b) 인산이온 약 5 내지 40g/1, (c) 텅스텐화합물의 텅스텐으로서 약 0.01 내지 20.0g/1, 및 (d) 전환 피복 촉진제로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가용성 텅스텐 화합물이 다음이 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 : (1) 알칼리금속 텅스테이트, (2) 텅스텐산 암모늄, (3) 보로텅스텐산, (4) 실리코팅스텐산, (5) 알칼리금속 실리코팅스테이트, (6) 실리코팅스텐산 암모늄, 및 (7) 알칼리토금속 실리코팅스테이트.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 가용성 텅스텐 화합물이 다음의 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 한느 방법 : 실리코팅스텐산, 알칼리금속 실리코팅스테이트, 암모늄 실리코팅스테이트, 및 알칼리토금속 실리코팅스테이트.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, (d)중의 전환피복 촉진제가 다음의 적어도 하나로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 : (1) 아질산이온 약 0.01 내지 0.5g/1, (2)m-니트로벤젠 술포네이트이온 약 0.05 내지 5g/1, 및 (3) 과산화수소 약 0.5 내지 10g/1.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 또한 다음의 적어도 하나를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 : (4) 망간이온 약 약 0.1 내지 3g/1, (5) 니켈이온 약 0.1 내지 4g/1, (6) 플루오르화이온 약 0.05 내지 4g/1, 및 (7) 질산이온 약 0.1 내지 15g/1.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 접촉이 금속표면을 용액중에 침지시킴으로써 시행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제6항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 접촉이 금속표면에 용액을 스프레이함으로써 시행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제6항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 접촉이 침지 및 스프레이처리를 병용함으로써 시행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 또한 약 0.05 내지 2g/1의 염소산 이온을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 용액이 또한 약 2 내지 5.0g/1의 염소산 이온을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 약 0.4 내지 1.3g/1의 아연이온이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 금속표면이 다음의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 : 철-기재 표면, 아연-기재표면, 및 이들의 결합.
- 수성의 산 아연-인산처리용액의 처방에 사용되는 수성 농축조성물에 있어서, 아연이온, 인산이온 및 가용성 텅스텐화합물 형태의 텅스텐의 중량비가 1:2.5 내지 400:0.005 내지 200으로 이루어진 성분(A)와, 전환피부 촉진제를 함유하는 성분(B)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 농축 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 가용성 텅스텐화합물 형태의 텅스텐이 상기 성분(b)에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 농축 조성물.
- (a) 아연이온 약 0.1 내지 2.0g/1, (b) 인산이온 약 5 내지 40g/1, (c) 가용성 텅스텐화합물의 텅스텐으로서 약 0.01 내지 20.0g/1, 및 (d) 전환피복 촉진제로 이루어진 수성 산용액으로 금속표면을 처리함으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산처리된 금속.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
