Claims (8)
- 하기 일반식 (I)의 플루오로메톡시페닐 디히드로피리딘(상기 식 중, R은 수소 또는 불소 원자임)
- 질병 치료를 위한,제 1 항에 의한 일반식(I)의 화합물
- 하기 일반식 (I)의(상기 식 중, R은 수소 또는 불소 원자임)화합물의 제조 방법으로서, [A]적합하기로 불활성 용매 존재 중에서, 하기 일반식(II)의알데히드 및 하기 구조식(III)의H₃C-CO-CH₂-NO₂ (III)니트로아세톤 또는 하기 일반식의 (IV)의(상기 식들중, R은 상기 정의한 바와 같음)크로에베나겔 축합 생성물을 하기 일반식(V)의아미노크로톤산 에스테르와 반응시키거나, 또는 [B]적학하기 반응성 산 유도체를 통하여 공지된 방법으로, R이 상기 정의한 바와 같은 하기 일반식의 (VI)의디히드로피리딘을 하기 구조식의 (Ⅶ)의[식중, Y는 디히드록실기 또는 활성화기 (예, 할로겐, -O-SO20-(CH3)9-CH3등)임]임의의 활성화된 데칸올과 반응시키거나, 또는 [C]적합하기로 불활성 용매 존재 중에서, 일반식(II)의 알데히드 및 하기 구조식(Ⅷ)의아세트초산 에스테르 또는 R이 상기 정의한 바와 같은 하기 일반식(IX)의크로에베나겔 축합 생성물을 니트로아세도톤 및 암모늄염(예, 암모늄 아세테이트)과 반응시키고, 필요에 따라서 얻은 디히드로피리딘을 통상적인 방법(예, 키랄 정류상(停留相)을 통한 크로마토그라피)에 의해 분할하여 얻음을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 반응 및 분할을 10° 및 200℃사이에서 불활성 유기 용매 존재 중에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 1 항에 의한 화합물을 적어도 하나 함유하는 약제
- 적합하기로 통상적인 보조제 및 부형제를 사용하여, 제 1 항에 의한 일반식(I)의 화합물을 투여하기에 적합한 형태로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 약제 제조 방법
- 순환, 심장 질환, 당 균형 및 염 체액의 균형에 영향을 주기 위한 약제 제조에서 제 1 항에 의한 일반식 (I)의 화합물의 용도
