Claims (11)

  1. 한편으로는 활석, 그리고 다른 한편으로는 황화아연 및/또는 산화아연의 유효량을 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 적린으로 방염처리된 폴리아미드를 주성분으로 하며 적어도 1종의 란타니드-계 화합물을 함유하는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 활석의 사용량이 조성물 중에 존재하는 폴리아미드의 중량에 대해 0.5 내지 5중량%이고, 함께 사용되는 아연 화합물의 양이 상기와 동일한 기준으로 0.1 내지 5중량%임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 2항에 따른 변수 범위내의 활석 및 아연 화합물의 양이 비율이 1 내지 5가 되도록 결정됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 탄소수 6 내지 12의 포화 지방족 디카르복실산과 탄소수 6 내지 12의 포화 지방족 디-1차 디아민과의 중축합으로 수득된 폴리아미드; 탄소수 4 내지 12의 탄화수소쇄를 함유하는 ω-아미노알카노산의 직접 단독 중축합, 또는 이들 산으로부터 유도된 락탐의 가수 분해성 개환 및 중합에 의하여 수득된 폴리아미노산; 코폴리아미드의 산성분의 추가적으로 테레프탈산 및/ 또는 이소프탈산으로 부분적으로 이루어질 수 있는, 상기 언급된 폴리아미드를 위한 출발 단량체로 부터 수득된 코폴리아미드; 및 상기 폴리아미드의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 란타니드-계 화합물이 세륨, 란탄, 프라세오디뮴, 네오디뮴, 프로메튬, 사마륨, 유로퓸, 가돌리늄, 테르븀, 디스프로슘, 홀뮴, 에르븀, 이테르븀, 튤륨, 루테튬 및 이트륨과 같은 란타니드 중 어느 하나의 유기 또는 무기 유도체; 또는 다수의 상기 란타니드의 유기 및/또는 무기 유도체의 혼합물로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1 내지 5중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 란타니드-계 화합물의 사용량이 폴리아미드 100g당 란타니드군에 속하는 금속 0.1×10-3내지 100×10-3그람-원자가 도입되도록 결정됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적린을 방염 처리될 폴리아미드의 중량에 대해 1 내지 30중량%의 비율로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적린이 중합체 필름으로 피복된 입자의 형태임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 피복용 중합체가 에폭시 수지, 말레산, 푸마르산 또는 알릴불포화 결합을 함유한 중합체, 포화폴리에스테르, 열가소성 페놀-포름 알데히드 중축합물 및 페놀-이소부티르알데히드 중축합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제1 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리섬유를 조성물 중의 폴리아미드 중량에 대해 10 내지 60%의 양으로 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제1 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물로 부터 제조된 성형품.
