Claims (5)
- 가열 실린더 혹은 사출노줄 등의 피가열부의 외주면에 용사에 의해 도전성 세라믹 피막을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 용융수지를 금형내에 사출하여 성형하는 사출성기용 히터.
- 도전성 세라믹 피막을 세로방향의 줄무늬 형상으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항기재의 사출성형기용 히터.
- 도전성 세라믹 피막을 나선상으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 사출성형기용 히터.
- 사출노즐의 외주면을 전후로 둘로 나누어진 도전성 세라믹 피막을 형성하고 각 도전성 세라믹 피막에 의해 사출노즐의 전반부와 후반부를 별개로 온도 제어 하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 사출성형기용 히터.
- 도전성 세라믹 피막을 절연성 세라믹 피막사이에 적층형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항으로 부터 제4항 기재의 어느 하나에 기재한 사출성기용 히터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
