Claims (6)
- 회전겸 왕복동하도록 된 플런저(6)와 캠면(7a)을 가진 캠수단(7)을 가지고, 이 캠면은 플런저와 작동가능하게 연결되고, 회전하여 플런저를 회전왕복동시켜 따라서, 플런저에 흡입연료의 압축과 이 압축연료의 분배를 시켜 이 압축연료를 기관에 압송시키고, 상기 캠수단의 캠면(7a)은 엔진의 아이들시에 제1의 거의 일정속도로 플런저(6)를 인양하여 흡입연료를 압축하는 제1의 회전각도영역과 이 제1의 회전각도영역보다 빠른 제2의 속도로 플런저를 인양하여 흡입연료를 압축하는 제1의 회전각도영역에 후속하는 제2의 회전각도영역과 상기 제1의 속도보다 빠르고 또 상기 제2의 속도보다 느린 속도로 플런저를 인양하고 흡입연료를 압축하는 상기 제1의 회전각도영역에 선행하는 제3의 회전각도영역을 포함하는 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 연료분사펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연료분사펌프는 플런저(6)에 의하여 엔진에 공급되는 가압연료가 통하는 2방향 밸브부터 되는 송출밸브(20)포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 연료분사펌프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2방향밸브는 중심관통공이 형성된 밸브좌(271)와 이 밸브좌의 중심관통공을 닫는 제1의 극단위치와 이 중심관통공을 개구하는 제2의 극단위치와의 사이를 이동가능하게 된 밸브체(281)와 이 밸브체를 상기 송출밸브상류측의 연료압력에 대항하여 상기 제1의 극단위치의 방향에 편위시키는 제1의 스프링수단과를 가지고, 상기 밸브체에는 관통로(412)가 형성되고, 상기 송출밸브의 상류측과 하류측과를 연통하고, 상기 밸브체의 상기 통로를 닫는 폐쇄위치와 이 통로를 여는 개구위치와의 사이를 이동 가능한 밸브소자(431)와 이 밸브소자를 상기 송출밸브 하류측의 연료압력에 대항하여 상기 폐쇄위치의 방향에 편위시키게 배치된 제2의 스프링수단(471)부터 된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 연료분사펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연료분사펌프가 플런저(6)에 의하여 엔진에 공급되는 가압연료가 통하는 적응형 송출밸브부터 되는 송출밸브(20)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 연료분사펌프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적응형 송출밸브는 중심관통공이 형성된 밸브좌(272)와 이 밸브좌의 중심관통공(272a)을 닫는 제1의 위치와 이 중심관통공을 개구하는 제2의 위치와의 사이를 이동가능하게된 밸브체(282)와 이 밸브체를 상기 송출밸브상류측의 연료압력에 대항하여 상기 제1의 위치의 방향에 편위시키는 스프링수단(292)과 상기 밸브체에 마련되어 밸브체가 적어도 제1의 위치에 이동하고 있을때 중심관 통공내에 위치하여 송출밸브(20)부터 공급된 연료의 일부를 되끌게한 되끌기칼라(342)와를 가지고, 이 되끌기칼라에는 되끌기연료의 일부를 되끌기 위한 적어도 하나의 절결(352)이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연엔진의 연료분사펌프.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기2방향밸브의 밸브소자의 개방밸브압력은 연료분사 밸브의 분사개시압력의 35%-75%에 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사펌프.
