Description
Claims (13)
- (a)폴리페닐렌 에테르, (b)스티렌 수지, (c)알케닐 방향족 화합물과 공액 디엔의 실질적으로 수소화된 블록 공중합체 및 (d)주로 하나 이상의 아크릴 에스테르 단향체로부터 유도된 고무상 폴리아크릴레이트로 이루어짐(여기서, 성분(c)및 (d)는 상승적인 충격강도 개선량으로 존재한다)을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- (a)폴리페닐렌 에테르 약 20내지 약 70중량%, (b)스티렌 수지 약 70내지 약12중량,(c)알케닐방향족 화합물과 공액 디엔의 실질적으로 수소화된 블록 공중합체 약2 내지 약 20중량% 및 (d)주로 하나 이상의 아크릴 에스테르 단량체로부터 유도된 고무상 폴리아크릴 레이트 약2내지 약 20중량%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지가 2,6-디메틸페놀의 중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 에테르 수지가 2,6-디메틸페놀과 2,3,6-트리메틸페놀의 공중합체를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실질적으로 수소화된 블록 공중합체가 스티렌과 부타디엔의 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 고무상 폴리아크릴레이트가 소량의 메틸 메타크릴레이트와 공중합된, 주로 부틸 아크릴레이트로부터 유도된 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 스티레 수지가 폴리스티렌, 고무개질된 폴리스티렌. 스티렌과 아크릴 단량체와의 공중합체 및 스티렌 그래프트 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹으로 부터 선택된 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 스티렌 수지가 폴리스티렌인 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리스티렌의 분자량이 약70,000내지 약 500,000인 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, (a)폴리페닐렌 에테르, 약30내지 약 60중량% (b)중량평균분자량이 약70,000내지 약 50,000인 폴리스티렌 약 60내지 약20중량%, (c)스티렌과 부타디엔의 실질적으로 수소화된 블록 공중합체 약4 내지 약 10중량%및 (d)소량의메틸 메타크릴레이트와 공중합된, 주로 부틸 아크릴레이트로부터 유도된 고무상중합체 약 4내지 10중량%로 이루어진 조성물.
- (a)2,6-디메틸페놀의 중합체 약 20내지 약70중량%, (b)중량평균분자량이 약70,000내지 약50,000인 폴리스티렌 약70내지 약12중량%, (c)스티렌과 부타디엔을 함유하는 거의 수소화된 블록 공중합체 약2내지 약20중량% 및 (d)소량의 메틸 메타크릴레이트와 공중합된, 주로 부틸 아크릴레이트로부터 유도된 중합체 약2내지 약20중량%로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(c)가 스티렌과 부타디엔의 실질적으로 수소화된 SBS블록 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아크릴레이트가 메틸 메타 클리레이트, 에틸 아크릴리에트, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 메티크릴레이트 및 메톡시에틸 아크릴레이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 단량체로부터 유도되고, 폴리아크릴레이트 중의 소량의 단량체는 에틸렌과 메틸 메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되며, 폴리아크릴레이트는 공단량체가 에틸렌인 경우에 다량의 단량체로서 주위온도 이하의 유리전이온도를 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 메틸 메타크릴레이트를 함유하는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
