Claims (10)
- 산성 조건하에서 수성 매체로부터 항생제를 몬모릴로나이트 점토로 흡착시키고 항생제-풍부 점토를 수성 염기로 처리하여 상기 항생제를 회수하는 것을 포함하는 고-효능 생물질-유리 항생제 아보파르신, BM 123, BM 123감마, 겐타망신, 반코마이신, 스트랩토마이신 또는 네오마이신의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 항생제가 아보파르신이고 몬모릴로나이트 점토가 자연 발생 또는 화학적으로 개질된 나트륨 몬모릴로나이트, 칼슘몬모릴로나이트; 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서 몬모릴로나이트 점토가 70 내지 240㎡/g의 범위의 표면적과 2중령 %의 수성 현탁액으로 측정된 약 pH 3 내지 11범위의 pH를 갖는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, pH 1.9 내지 pH 2.3범위의 pH를 유지시키면서 몬모릴로나이크 점토가 아보파르신을 함유하는 산성화된 수성의 전체 발효 메쉬에, 또는 발효 메쉬 고형물이 없는 여과시킨 산성화된 발효 메쉬 여액에 첨가되는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 회수되는 아보파르신 1g당 8그램 내지 15그램의 몬모릴로나이트 점토가 첨가되는 방법.
- 아보파르신 전체 발효 메쉬를 pH 1.9 내지 pH 2.3범위로 무기산으로 산성화시키고; 충분한 양의 몬모릴로나이트 점토를 전체 메쉬의 여과에 의해 얻어진 발효 메쉬 여액 또는 산성화된 전체 발효 메쉬에 첨가하고, 1.9 내지 2.3의 pH를 유지시키면서 반시간 내지 한시간동안 혼합물을 진탕시키고; 여과 또는 분별 원심 분리법에 의해 아보파르신-풍부 흡착제를 분리하고; pH 10.5 내지 pH 10.8에서 아보파르신 풍부흡착제를 수성염기로 처리하고; 여과에 의해 흡착제를 분리하고, 아보파르신 함유 염기성 여액을 직접 분무건소시키거나 1500-2000범위로 절단된 분자량을 갖는 막을 통하여 한와 여과시킨 아보파르신 함유 염기성 여액을 분무건조시킴으로써 고-효능생-물질 유리 아보파르신을 분리하는 것을 포함하는 고-효능생-물질 유리 아보파르신의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 몬모릴로나이트 점토가 자연 발생 또는 화하걱으로 개질된 나트륨 몬모릴로나이트;칼슘몬모릴로나이트; 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 몬모릴로나이트 점토가 70 내지 240M2/g범위의 표면적과 2중량 %의 수성현택액으로서 측정된, 약 3 내지 11의 pH를 갖는 방법.
- 산제 8 항에 있어서 회수되는 아보파르신 1g당 8그램 내지 15그램의 몬모릴로나이트 점토가 첨가되는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 무기산이 황산이고 염기가 수성암모니아인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
