Claims (11)
- 굴엑스의 탈색 농축물로서, 필수 성분으로 아미노산, 단백질 및 당류를 함유하는 동시에 5중량% 이상의 고형분을 함유하고, 또, 하기식으로 정의되는 흡광도적분치 S가 200이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 굴엑스 탈색농축물.상기 식에서 ε(x)는 고형분 농도 5중량%의 용액에 대하여 두께 10m/m의 셀을 사용해서 측정했을 때의 파장×나노미터에 있어서의 흡광도를 표시한다.
- 고형분 농도가 30중량% 이하의 굴엑스액에 비표면적 50㎡/g 이상의 물불용성 무기 마그네슘 화합물을 주성분으로 하는 흡착제를 작용시켜서 흡착정제처리를 실시하고 이어서 정제액을 실질상 비산화 분위기중에서 고형분농도가 5중량% 이상이되도록 농축하는 것을 특징으로 하는 굴엑스농축물의 제조방법.
- 제2항이 있어서, 무기 마그네슘 화합물을 굴엑스당 0.5 내지 20중량%의 양으로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로하는 굴엑스 농축물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 무기 마그네슘 화합물이 층상 필로규산 마그네슘염인 것을 특징으로 하는 굴엑스 농축물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 흡착제가 무기 마그네슘 화합물과 활성탄과의 조합으로 구성되는 굴엑스 농축물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무기 마그네슘 화합물을 0.5 내지 20중량% 및 활성탄을 0.1 내지 5중량% 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 굴엑스 농축물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무기마그네늄 화합물 및 활성탄을 동시에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 굴엑스 농축물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 무기 마그네슘 화합물 및 활성탄을 이 순서 또는 반대의 순서로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 굴엑스 농축물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 흡착 정제 처리를 0 내지 100℃의 온도에서 1분이상 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 굴엑스 농축물의 제조방법.
- (i) 천연산 또는 양식산의 굴을 소재로한 주재굴엑스 및, (ii) 어패류, 해초류, 닭뼈다귀, 야채류 및 곡류에서 선택된 적어도 1종류의 조제엑스로 구성되는 복합 조미료 조성물로서, 아미노산, 단백질 및 당류를 필수성분으로 함유하고, 고형분이 5중량% 이상인 동시에 하기식으로 정의되는 흡광도적분치 S가 200이하의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 조미료 조성물.식중 ε(x)는 고형분 농도 5중량%의 용액에 대하여 두께 10m/m의 셀을 사용하여 측정했을 때의 파장×나노미터에 있어서의 흡광도를 표시한다.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 굴엑스(i)가 고형분농도 기준으로 50 내지 90중량%의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 조미료 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
