Claims (1)
- (a) 액체한제를 그 소오스로부터 원통다관식 열교환기의 관부에 도입하는 단계 : (b) 중간유체를, 상기 (a)단계에서 언급한 원통다관식 열교환기의 원통부에 도입하는 단계 : 그리고 (c) 상기 (b) 단계의 중간유체를, 열부하와 열교환 관계에 있는 열교환수단에 도입하는 단계로 이루어지는, 액체한제 소오스로부터 중간유체를 거쳐 열부하에 냉동을 전달하는 방법에 있어서, (i) 하기된 (A) 내지 (C)를 조건으로 하여, 밀폐루우프(이 밀폐루우프중의 일부분은 상기의 단계(a)에서 언급한 원통다관식 열교환기의 원통부이고 또다른 부분은 상기의 단계(c)에서 언급한 열교환수단의 통로이다)안에 중간유체를 유지시키고, 그리고 (ii) 하기된 (A) 내지 (C)를 조건으로하여, 그 중간유체를 상기의 밀페루우프를 통해 순환시키는데, A) 그 밀폐루우프 내에는 중간유체가 공급도는것 외에도, 그 중간유체에 대하여 본질상 불활성이고 또 그 중간 유체 내에서 본질상 불용성인 가스가 공급되는데, 이와같은 가스는 밀폐루우프 내의 압력이 그 조작온도에서 1atm 내지 2atm으 범위로 유지될 수 있게 하는 양으로 존재하며 : B) 중간유체는 그 조작온도 및 압력에서 밀폐루우프를 통해 그것이 순환될 수 있을 정도의 점도를 갖는 액체이고 : 그리고 C) 밀폐루우프는 아래의 식에 따라 계산된 전체 용적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동 전달방법.상기식에서B=밀폐루우프 내의 중간유체의 질량C=온도 J에서 중간유체의 밀도D=온도 H에서 중간유체의 밀도E=상기(A)에 기재된 범위내의 루우프 최대 설계 압력F=온도 H에서 중간유체의 증기압G=상기(A)에 기재된 범위내의, 온도 J에서의 원하는 밀폐루우프 압력H=최대 중간유체 온도J=중간유체에 대한 최저 조작온도K=중간유체의 증기에 대한 기체상수이며, 그리고 모든 온도 및 압력은 절대 단위로 표시된다.
