Claims (10)
- 공급원에 액체상태로 저장된 증기화된 질소를 탱크에 공급함으로서, 액화된 가스의 내용물을 배수한 후, 증기화된 잔여가스를 수용하는 탱크를 배수하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 잔여가스의 일부가 응축되도록, 증기상태의 상기 잔여가스가 질소중기와 제1 열교환되고, 그 후에 상기 질소는 상기 탱크로 이송되고, 공급원의 질소가 증기화되어 제1 열교환에 사용되도록, 증기상태의 상기 잔여가스는 상기 공급원의 액체질소와 제2의 직접 또는 간접 열교환되고, 응축된 잔여가스는 콜렉터탱크로 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기화된 잔여가스를 수용하는 탱크를 배수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증기화된 질소와 배수될 탱크로부터 유입되는 잔여가스가 질소공급원의 외부의 열교환시스템내에서 열을 교환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기화된 잔여가스를 수용하는 탱크를 배수하는 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 공급원으로부터 질소가 냉각제와 열교환을 위해 이송되고, 냉각제는 잔여가스의 응축을 위해, 잔여가스와 열교환되도록 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기화된 잔여가스를 수용하는 탱크를 배수하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 잔여가스의 응축후 상기 냉각제는 증기화된 질소와 열교환되도록 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기화된 잔여가스를 수용하는 탱크를 배수하는 방법.
- 증기화된 상태로 공급되는 액체질소의 공급원(2)을 포함하는, 제1항의 방법에 따른 탱크의 배수에 사용하기 위한 플랜트에 있어서, 열교환시스템(4, 8 ; 30, 39)이 상기 플랜트에 설치되고, 상기 질소의 공급원(2)에 연결되어, 질소의 증기화가 상기 공급원의 액체질소에 연결되어 있는 상기 시스템의 일부(8 ; 30)에서 발생되고, 따라서, 상기 시스템의 또 다른 부분(4) 내에서 상기 탱크로부터 잔여가스와 열교환하기 위하여 질소중기를 이송하는 공급원의 강제 압력을 발생하게 되고, 상기 잔여가스의 일부는 상기 시스템의 상기 제2 부분(4)내에서 냉각 및 응축되고, 상기 또 다른 부분은 공급원의 액체질소와 연결되지 않고, 증기화된 상태로 남은 잔여가스는 상기 시스템내의 콘덴서(8)에 이송되고, 콜렉터콘테이너(3)는 응축된 잔여가스를 수용하기 위하여 상기 시스템과 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 방법에 따른 탱크의 배수에 사용하기 위한 플랜트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 잔여가스용 콘덴서(8)는 질소공급원(2) 내에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크의 배수에 사용하기 위한 플랜트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 열교환시스템(4, 8 ; 30, 39)은 질소를 중기화하기 위하여 액체냉각제를 수용하기 위한 제1 보조열교환기를 포함하고, 상기 잔여가스콘덴서(8)는 상기 냉각제를 수용하도록 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크의 배수에 사용하기 위한 플랜트.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 콘덴서(8)로부터 상기 냉각제가 공급되는 제2 보조 열교환기는 상기 잔여가스열교환기(4)에 이송된 질소중기의 가열을 위하여 상기 질소의 공급원에 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크의 배수에 사용하기 위한 플랜트.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 온도제어밸브(43)가 상기 제2 보조 열교환기(39)를 통한 냉각제의 흐름을 조절하기 위하여 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크의 배수에 사용하기 위한 플랜트.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 온도제어밸브(383)가 상기 콘덴서(8)를 통한 냉각제의 흐름을 조절하기 위하여 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 탱크의 배수에 사용하기 위한 플랜트.
