Claims (6)
- 입력신호가 증폭된 동작상태와 입력신호가 증폭되지 않는 스탠바이 상태를 이루도록 구성된 BTL 전력 증폭회로에 있어서, 입력신호를 증폭시켜 주고 부하(19)로 증폭되어진 입력신호를 공급해 주도록 제 1 및 제 2전압원(+VCC, -VEE)으로 응답해주는 증폭수단(11)과, 스탠바이상태로 선택된 후 미리 정해진 시간동안 스탠바이상태로 증폭수단(11)의 변경을 지연시켜 주는 타이밍수단(20)과 스탠바이 상태가 선택될 때 증폭수단(11)으로 미리 정해진 전위를 공급해 주는 공급수단(12)으로 이루어져 동작상태와 스탠바이 상태 사이에서 선택적으로 증폭수단(11)을 변경시켜 주는 모우드 스위칭 수단을 구비해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 BTL 전력증폭회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 증폭수단(11)이 입력신호를 증폭시켜 주기 위해 제 1 및 제 1 전압원으로 바이어스 되는 비반전 증폭회로(15a)와, 입력신호를 증폭시켜 주기 위해 제 1 및 제 2전압원으로 바이어스 되는 반전증폭회로 (15b)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 BTL 전력증폭회로.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 비반전 증폭회로(15a)가 비반전 입력단자(+)와 반전 입력단자(-)를 갖춘것을 특징으로 하는 BTL 전력증폭회로.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 모우드 스위칭 수단이 증폭수단(11)으로 바이어스 전류를 공급해 주는 바이어스수단(13)으로 이루어지고, 타이밍수단이 바이어스전류를 서서히 낮혀주는 타이머회로로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 BTL 전력증폭회로.
- 제 2항에 있어서 상기 비반전 증폭회로(15a)와 반전증폭회로(15b)가 각기 반전 입력단자(-)와 비반전 입력단자(+)를 갖춘것을 특징으로 하는 BTL 전력증폭회로.
- 제 2항에 있어서 상기 공급수단(12)이 제 1 및 제 2전원중 한전원의 전위와 실질적으로 동일한 레벨로 되도록 미리 정해진 전위를 제한해 주는 트랜지스터로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 BTL 전력증폭회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
