Claims (9)
- 도전성 부착물이 부착되어 있거나 전기 용구가 장착되어 있는 판 유리에 전기를 공급하는 단자에 있어서, 판 유리상에 부착된 도전성 부분에 전기적 접속을 보장할 수 있게 고정되어 있는 중공 리벳 또는 누름 단추를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 공급단자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단자가 부착물 또는 도전성 필름으로 덮여 있는 판 유리의 연단 부분에 고정되어 있고, 판 유리가 캡슐에 싸여져 있고, 상기 전기 공급 잔자가 판 유리 둘레의 프레임을 형성하는 캡슐 재료의 외표면과 수명이 되도록 판 유리의 캡슐 중합체내에 둘러싸여 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 공급 단자.
- 제2항에 있어서, 단자가 암 단자로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 동급 단자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단자가 본질적으로 중공 리벳으로 구성되어 있고, 상기 리벳의 나팔 모양으로 넓어진 부분이 판 유리상에 고정되어 있고, 그 좁아진 반대편 부분의 단부가 판유리의 둘레에 프레임을 형성하는 캡슐 재료의 표면과 수평으로되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 공급 단자.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 단자가 판 유라상에 부착되어 있는 도전성 부분에 그 저부에 의하여 고정된 누름 단추로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 공급 단자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 한 항에 있어서, 단자가 판 유리상에 부착된 도전성부분에 용접되거나, 도전성 부착물에 의하여 덮여 있는 부분내에서 판 유리의 연단을 잡고 있는 그립과 연결됨으로써 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 공급 단자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 한 항에 의한 적어도 하나 이상의 전기 공급 단자가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 캡슐에 넣어진 판 유리.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 한 항에 의한 단자를 전기 공급 가능한 각종 판 유리, 즉 단순 판 유리, 복합 판 유리, 금속층이나 스키린 인쇄된 도전성 밴드가 있는 가열유리, 무선 안테나 유리, 주택 방지용층이 달린 유리, IR신호를 수신하는 유리중 하나를 실현하는 응용.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항중 한 항에 의한 전기 공급 단자를 판 유리상에 고정시키는 방법에 있어서, 본질적으로 - 판 유리상에 부착된 도전성 부분에 있는 단자를 판 유리의 연단에 용접시키거나, 그립으로 고정시키는 단계. - 단자의 판 유리 지지물을 캡슐에 넣는 주형내에 배치하는 단계. - 캡슐 재료를 사출 또는 주입하는 단계. - 주형을 떼어내는 단계 등으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
