Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 폴리이소시안에이트와, 최소한 1개의 단말 에폭시그룹 및 최소한 1개의 비단말 제2히드록시 그룹을 함유하는 프리폴리머를 반응시킴으로써 이루어지는 옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄결합을 함유하는 열경화성 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 프리폴리머는 디에폭시드와, 모노카르복실산 및 디카르복실산의 그룹에서 선정되는 산과의 반응에 의하여 형성되는 상기 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 디에폭시드는 디히드릭 단핵 및 융해환 페놀의 디글리시딜 에테르, 비융해 폴리핵 페놀의 디글리시딜 에테르, 노볼락수지의 디글리시딜 에테르, 디시클로펜타디엔 디옥사이드, 비닐 시클로헥산디옥사이드, 디시클로헥실 옥사이드 카르복실레이트 및 방향족 제1아민의 디글리시딜 유도체의 그룹에서 선정되는 상기 제어방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 모노카르복실산은 포화 모노 카르복실산 및 불포화 모노카르복실산의 그룹에서 선정되는 상기 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 디카르복실산은 프탈산, 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산, 아디핀산, 수산 및 호박산의 그룹에서 선정되는 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시안에이트는 방향족 폴리이소시안에이트 및 지방족 폴리이소시안에이트의 그룹에서 선정되는 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디에폭시드는 산의 1몰당 2몰보다 약간 많은 양으로 존재하는 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 히드록시화합물 및 에폭시 화합물이 그룹에서 선정된 이소시안에이트 반응성 화합물의 존재하에서 이루어지는 상기 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6한 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 우레탄 그룹 형성에 유리한 촉매 및 옥사졸리돈 그룹의 형성에 유리한 촉매의 그룹에서 선정된 촉매유효량을 함유하는 상기 제조방법.
- 옥사졸리돈 결합은 중합체 백본에 존재하고, 에스테르 결합에 의하여 서로 분리되며, 우레탄결합은 중합체백본에 부착된 측쇄에 존재하며, 실질적으로 이소시안에이트 결합을 가지지 않는 옥사졸리돈 및 우레탄 결합을 함유하는 열경화성 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 옥사졸리돈 대 우레탄의 분자량은 90 : 10 내지 4 : 96의 범위인 상기 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 최소한 1개의 강화제를 함유하는 상기 조성물.
