Claims (1)
- 판형 아크릴 수지(1)를 가열통(2)속에서 대략 190도C-220도C 정도로 건식 가열하여 표면온도가 190도C-220도C 정도로 유지되는 다수개의 롤러(3,3')사이를 통과시키면서 필요한 두께의 평판으로 압착한 후 원통형 프레스(4)로서 필요한 형태를 절결하고 절결된 평판을 압압금형(5)에 넣어서 섭씨 130도C-160도C의 온도가 유지되는 수증기(6)안에서 필요한 형태로 성형하여 100도C-80도C, 70도C-50도C 및 20도C-5도C의 수조로된 냉각기(7)로 냉각시킨 후 공지의 광택연마기(8)에 넣어 광택연마 시키는 단계로된 피크(Pick)의 대량 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
