Claims (4)
- 포화증기로 변하게 되는 액체를 수용하기 위한 공간을 형성하고 있는 증기발생기(1), 포화증기를 그안에서 발생시키는 상기 증기발생기(1)를 가열하기 위하여 상기 증기발생기(1)와 조합원 열원(2), 포화증기를 운반하기 위하여 상기 증기발생기(1)와 연결된 증기도관(7), 포화증기를 수용하기 위하여 상기 증기도관(7)과 연결된 열전달도관(9)을 구비해서 상기 열전달도관(9)의 주위를 가열하고 그것에 의하여 상기 열전달도관(9)내의 포화증기가 주위에 열을 방출한 후 다시 액체로 응축되는 바의 방열기(8), 응축액체를 수용하여 그 응축액체를 대기압하에 놓이게 하기 위하여 상기 열전달도관(9)가 대기압하에 놓이게 하기 위하여 상기 열전달도관(9)과 연결된 응축액용기(10), 응축액체를 상기 응축액용기(10)로 부터 상기 증기발생기(1)로 공급하기 위하여 상기 응축액용기(10)와 상기 증기발생기(1)와의 사이에 직접연결된 액체순환도관(16), 응축액체를 상기 응축액용기(10)로부터 오직 상기 증기발생기(1)로만 통과시키기 위한 상기 액체순환도관내의 제어밸브장치(17), 및 잠열을 방출하여 상기 응축액용기(10)에 공급되는 액체로 응축되기 위하여 상기 열전달도관(9)에 공급되는 포화증기를 발생시키기 위하여 상기 열원(2)을 단속적으로 활성화시키기 위한 제어장치(13)로 구성되어 있고, 상기 증기발생기(1) 내의 압력강화를 달성해서 액체가 상기 응축액용기(10)로부터 상기 액체순환도관(16) 및 상기 제어밸브장치(17)를 통하여 상기 증기발생기(1) 안으로 빨아들여지도록 상기 열원(2)이 비활성화되어서 상기 증기발생기(1)가 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기난방장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어장치(13)는 상기 증기 발생기(1)의 내부에 부착되고 상기 열원(2)과 외부적으로 연결된 저액면센서(4)를 포함하고 있어서 상기 증기발생기(1)내의 액체의 액면이 상기 저액면센서(4)까지 떨어지면 상기 열원(2)을 비활성화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기난방장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어밸브장치(17)은 대기압 밑으로의 상기 증기발생기(1)내의 압력강화를 이용하여 액체를 상기 응축액용기(10)로부터 상기 증기발생기(1)로 자동공급하는 체크밸브로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 증기발생기(1)로부터 역으로 상기 응축액용기(10)로의 액체통로를 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기난방장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방열기(8)는 다수의 유니트로 구성되어 있고, 상기 응축액용기(10)는 단일의 유니트로 구성되어 있으며, 포화증기가 상기 증기도관(7)과 상기 열전달도관(9)의 사이에 연결된 분기증기도관(18)을 거쳐 각각의 방열기(8)로 보내져 모든 방열기(8)로부터 응축된 액체가 상기 열전달도관(9)과 상기 응축액용기(10)의 사이에 연결된 응축액 방출분기도관(19) 및 응축액 방출도관(15)을 통하여 상기 응축액용기(10)의 내부에 저장되도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 증기난방장치.
