Description
Claims (10)
- 대차중심턱내로 신장된 결합재의 버트말단을, 볼록한 곡면으로 형성하여 중심턱에 설치된 쐐기와 맞물려 위치하는 종동부블록의 오목한 곡면에 대접시키고, 결합재에 형성된 키이슬롯 및 중심턱에 유지되는 한쌍의 턱측면 주조물에 천공된 슬롯을 통하여 드래프트키이를 삽입시켜 구성한 처짐이 없는 철도대차 연결장치에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 턱측면주조물(98,100)과 상기 결합재 중의 적어도 한쪽에 스패이셔수단을 형성하여 상기 턱측면주조물(98,100) 사이에서 상기 결합재를 유지하고, 상기 스패이셔수단과, 한쌍의 상기 턱측면 주조물(98,100)과 상기 결합재중의, 다른 한 쪽(즉, 스패이셔수단이 형성되어 있지 않는 쪽)은 표면이 서로 상응하게 곡선화되어 결합재가 상기 턱측면주조물(98,100) 및 중심턱(14)에 대하여 수직 및 측면적인 각 운동 및 회전 운동을 할 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처짐이 없는 철도대차 연결장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 스패이셔수단이 각각의 턱측면주조물(98,100)상에서 안내돌기(110) 및 (112)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 처짐이 없는 철도대차 연결장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 스패이셔수단이 각각의 턱측면주조물(98,100)상에서 한쌍의 오목 안내돌기(110) 및 (112)를 포함하고, 상기 안내돌기(110) 및 (112)가 상기 쐐기(56)를 향해 위치되는 가장자리에서 상기 턱측면주조물(98,100)내의 드래프트키이슬롯(94,96)의 상, 하부에 위치되고, 결합재가 인장막대슬롯(90)이 인접하여 볼록측면을 포함하는 인장막대(10)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로하는 처짐이 없는 철도대차 연결장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 쐐기(56)가 상기 포켓주조물(40) 및 종동부블록(36) 사이에서 맞물리고 분리될 수 있도록, 내부에 통로개구부(70,72)를 포함하는, 포켓주조물(40)내에서 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처짐이 없는 철도대차 연결장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 통로개구부(70,72)가 상기 포켓주조물(40)의 정부에 위치되고, 상기 쐐기(56)는 상기 통로개구부(70,72)와 일렬배열된 리프팅러그(66,68)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 처짐이 없는 철도대차 연결장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 중심턱(14)이 상기 통로개구부(70,72)와 일렬배열되는 홀(74,76)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 처짐이 없는 철도대차 연결장치.
- 철도대차의 중심턱(14)내에 장치되기 위하여 드래프트키이(80)를 구비한 생크부재를 포함하는 철도대차용 결합재에 있어서, 결합재가 볼록하고 일반적으로 구형인 곡면을 포함하고 이 곡면은 키이슬롯(90)에 인접한 영역내의 생크부의 맞서는 측면에 위치되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 철도대차용 결합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 스패이셔수단이 상기 결합재와 맞서는 표면에서 돌출부(protrusion)를 포함하고, 상기 돌출부는 각각의 상기 턱측면주조물(98,100)에 맞물리도록 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처짐이 없는 철도대차 연결장치.
- 결합재가 철도대차 중심턱(14)내로 확장되고, 상기 결합재의 블록단부가 상기 중심턱내의 쐐기(56)에 반하여 유지되는 오목 종동부블록(36)과 접하고, 그리고 드래프트키이(80)가 결합재 생크부재의 슬롯(90) 및 상기 중심턱(14)에 유제되는 한쌍의 턱측면주조물(98,100)내의 슬롯(94,96)을 통하여 수평적으로 확장되는 철도대차 연결장치에 있어서, 상기 결합재를 상기 턱측면주조물(98,100)사이에서 균일하게 유지하기 위하여 한쌍의 턱측면주조물(98,100)과 상기 결합재중의 적어도 한쪽에 스패이셔수단이 형성되고, 상기 종동부블록(36)에 반하여 상기 쐐기(56)를 유지하기 위하여 상기 중심턱(14)내에 포켓주조물(40)이 위치되고, 상기 포켓주조물(40)은 이의 정부내에서 통로개구부(70,72)를 포함하고, 그리고 상기 통로개구부(70,72)와 일렬배열되는 상기 쐐기(56)쌍에 리프팅러그(66,68)가 형성되어 상기 쇄기(56)가 상기 포켓주조물(40)과 상기 종동부블록(36) 사이에서 맞물리고 분리될 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 처짐이 없는 철도대차 연결장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 중심턱(14)이 상기 통로개구부(70,72)와 일렬배열되는 홀(74,76)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 처짐이 없는 철도대차 연결장치.
