Claims (18)

  1. 이미지센서의 광원으로 사용되는 발광소자어레이에 있어서, 기판위에 다수의 발광소자가 직선상으로 배열된 발광소자열과, 이 발광소자열의 위쪽에 평행으로 설치되어 투광을 확산시켜 줌과 동시에 집속시켜주는 봉형상의 집광렌즈가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이.
  2. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 집광렌즈는 조면화된 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 집광렌즈는 그 외주면전체에 조면이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 집광렌즈는 빛이 주사되는 쪽 외주면에만 조면이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조면화 된 표면은 약품처리에 의해 형성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조면화된 표면은 블러스트처리에 의해 형성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조면화된 표면은 미립자가 부착되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 집광렌즈는 렌즈재료중에 확산입자가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 발과소자어레이.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈재료는 화학플라스틱으로 되고, 상기 확산입자는 유리입자로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유리입자는 체적비 약 5% 정도로 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발광소자는 발광다이오드로된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이
  12. 발광소자어레이의 제조방법에 있어서, 발광소자를 기판상에 직선상으로 배열하여 발광소자열을 형성하는 공정과, 봉상렌즈의 표면을 조면화하는 공정, 및 이 조면화된 봉상렌즈의 중심선이 상기 발광소 자열의 중힘선과 평행하게 되도록 하여 발광소자열 위에 고정하는 공정으로 구성된 발광소자어레이의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 조면화하는 공정은 약품처리 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 발광소자어레이의제조방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 조면화하는 공정은 블러스트처리 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이의 제조방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 조면화하는 공정은 마스킹에 의해 봉상렌즈의 광주사면에만 실시하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이의 제조방법.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 봉상렌즈는 유리로 되고, 약품으로는 플로오르산과 황산의 혼합액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이의 제조방법.
  17. 발광소자어레이의 제조방법에 있어서, 발광소자를 기판상에 직선상으로 배열하여 발광소자열을 형성하는 공정과, 렌즈용 재료중에 광학산입자를 섞여주고 이를 성형하여 봉상렌즈를 만드는 공정, 및 이 봉상렌즈의 중심선이 상기 발광소자열의 중심선과 평행하게 되도록 하여 발광소자열 위에 고정하는 공정으로 구성된 발광소자어레이의 제조방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 렌즈재료는 플라스틱으로 되고, 광학산입자는 유리입자로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자어레이의 제조방법.
