Claims (15)

  1. 입력신호에 대한 함수로서 출력을 제공하는 측정회로에 있어서, 차지 패킷들로 구성되고 입력신호에 응답하는 발생기 신호를 제공하기 위해 차지 패킷양을 결정하는 리액터스 수단을 갖는 입력신호에 결합된 발생수단과, 발생신호를 상기 리액턴스 수단의 함수로서 측정하고 그 측정신호를 함수로서 제공하기 위해 상기 발생수단에 결합된 측정수단과, 피드백 신호를 상기 측정신호에 대한 함수로서 상기 발생수단에 제공하고 상기 차지 패킷양을 나타내는 출력신호를 제공하기 위해, 측정수단에 결합된 피드백 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 발생 수단은 리액터스 수단을 통한 차지 패킷의 결합을 제어하기 위해 피드백 신호에 대한 함수로서 제어된 스위칭 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 차지 패킷들은 미리 결정된 측정량과 평형을 이루도록 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 자치 패킷들은 제 1극성을 가진 제 1차지 패킷부와 제 2극성을 가진 제 2차지 패킷부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 측정수단은 측정신호를 함수관계로 제공하기 위해 차지 패킷을 축적하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 측정신호는 차지 패킷의 극성을 가변시키는 피드백 수단을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 제 1패킷부는 제 1차지 패킷양(N1)을 구비하고 상기 제 2패킷부는 제 2차지 패킷양(N2)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 리액터스 수단은 적어도 1개의 캐패시터인 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 피드백 수단은 차지 패킷양을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 출력 신호는 제 1패킷양(N1)과 함수관계를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
  11. 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 출력신호는 제 2패킷양(N2)과 함수관계를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
  12. 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 발생 수단은 스위칭 수단에 결합된 적어도 1개의 기준전위를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
  13. 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 출력 신호는 (N1)(C1)(V)=(N2)(C2)(V)의 함수로 표시되고 여기서, C1과 C2는 입력신호와 함수관계를 이루는 용량이고 V는 기준 전위인 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
  14. 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 출력 신호는 (N1)(C)(V1)=(N2)(C)(V2)의 함수로 표시되고 여기서, C는 용량이고, 전위 V1과 V1중 적어도 하나는 파라미터를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
  15. 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 출력신호는 (N1)(C1)(V)=(N2)(C2)(V)의 함수로 표시되고, 여기서 C1은 입력신호에 대해 함수관계를 이루는 용량이고 C2는 고정된 용량이고 V는 기준 전위인 것을 특징으로 하는 측정회로.
